Justice Stevenson was appointed to her position by Canadian Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, (shown in center photo) a former member of the Kim Campbell Gang that was closely linked to the Water War Crimes.
Canada's Chief Justice, Beverley McLachlin, is named as a party in the Water War Crimes lawsuit because under her leadership the Canadian Judicial Council, another party, carried out a serious fraud against the people of Canada.
The filing at Canada's Supreme Court follows upon the recent deaths of former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, (March 1, 2011) and former British Columbia Supreme Court Chief Justice Donald Brenner (March 13, 2011). Several intelligent observers had concluded that Donald Brenner was murdered in order to silence him.
In addition to Chief Justice McLachlin, the appellants have advised the Court that Justice Ian Binnie is disqualified from sitting on the case due to his former position as a partner in law firm of McCarthy Tetrault, a defendant in the litigation. Mr. Ian Binnie has a financial interest in the outcome that could bankrupt the partners of McCarthy Tetrault at the time the Water War Crimes took place.
