Gillian Wallace
former Deputy Attorney General of British Columbia
Suspected Criminal
Gillian Wallace was the Assistant Deputy Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General of British Columbia when the lawyers in that government department participated in the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice. Like all criminals they thought they could carry out their crimes and not get caught.
They did not expect that, a few years after they committed their crimes, Mr. Carten would discover secret documents in a warehouse near Vancouver, British Columbia that proved they had committed the serious crimes of perjury and obstruction of justice.
When those documents were discovered and circulated to Canada's Federal Government, the United States Government and the British Columbia Government someone had to take the fall so Gillian Wallace suddenly resigned, withdrew from the Law Society of British Columbia and when into hiding.

John Tait was Canada's Deputy Minister of Justice from 1988 to 1994 when Gillian Wallace was one of the employees of Canada's Department of Justice.
In 1992, Gillian Wallace was moved to British Columbia where she, very quickly, became Assistant Deputy Minister of the Ministry of the Attorney General in charge of civil litigation. This was about the same time, the crooked Deputy Minister, Robert Edwards was appointed a judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (February 1993) and immediately after the Sun Belt Water Inc lawsuit was served on the Government of British Columbia. Robert Edwards had to be given a safe place to hide because his corruption was catching up to him and the easiest place to put him was on the Supreme Court of British Columbia where John Tait had a say in the process because he was Deputy Minister of Justice.

When Gillian Wallace's own corruption caught up to her and she was forced to resign in 2003 she went back to the Ministry of Justice and was hired to work for Corrections Canada on a contract basis in 2004.
This proves the interconnectedness between the Ministry of Justice in Ottawa and the Ministry of the Attorney General in British Columbia and demonstrates how the two Departments work together rewarding each other with jobs and career advancement for participating in criminal ventures.
Although John Tait was dead he was succeeded by Morris Rosenberg who worked closely with Gillian Wallace while she was Deputy Attorney General of British Columbia and later by John Sims. Both Mr. Rosenberg and Mr. Sims played a role in the Water War Crimes.
