BC Rail - CN Rail - Theft of BC Assets &
The Water War Crimes
Gordon Campbell Patrick Kinsella Paul Fraser Brian Smith Paul Tellier
Modus Operandi - M.O
It is an axiom of police work that criminals have a modus operandi, literally translated from the latin it means method of operating. In police work it is called an M.O. Put bluntly, criminals are specialists who, generally, stick to one line of work. Rapists rape, bank robbers rob banks, murderers commit murder, swindlers swindle.
The Attempted Theft of British Columbia Water Resources & BC Rail Assets
When certain Canadians including British Columbians, decided to attempt to loot the water export wealth of British Columbia they hired many of the same people that surround Premier Gordon Campbell. These included Peter Brown, Paul Fraser, Patrick Kinsella, Lyall Knott and a number of others.
The deal was consummated by secretly ( and illegally) using the services of the Attorney General of British Columbia, then Brian Smith, who six weeks later, November 1988, was appointed Chairman of CN Rail (then a Canadian Crown Corporation) with the approval of Paul Tellier, who was then the Clerk of the Privy Council, in Ottawa, who was, subsequently, was appointed CEO of CN Rail by Prime Minister Brian Mulroney in 1992 and / or Glenn Shortliffe, the Deputy Minister of Transport who became Clerk of the Privy Council immediately after Paul Tellier left to join CN Rail.
Glen Shortliffe, Patrick Kinsella, Lyall Knott, are recognized as part of the Kim Campbell Gang that included Water War Crimes insider and political advosor - Allan Gregg.
It is logical to conclude that when CN Rail decided it wanted to acquire the assets of BC Rail it knew how to play the game in British Columbia.
About a year before the "raids on the legislature" by the RCMP, Paul Tellier, stepped down from his position as CEO of CN Rail.
During the period from 1997 to 2002, Water War Crimes investigators had delivered hitherto secret documentation to the RCMP proving crimes had been carried out by insiders connected to the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia apparently on direction from the cabinets of Bill Vander Zalm and Bill Bennett.
Given that Paul Tellier was highly connected in Canada, it is logical to conclude that Paul Tellier was alerted by insiders that the RCMP has undertaken an investigation related to the Water War Crimes and Paul Tellier decided to step down for reasons related thereto.
With the suspicious sudden death of Glenn Shortliffe on May 6, 2010, the number of Water War Crimes insiders who have suddenly dropped dead in suspicious circumstances has climbed to 12. This is a statistically impossible co-incidence. Someone is probably murdering at least some of these insiders in order to silence them.

Has Justice Minister Nicholson Rigged the Basi Virk
BC Rail Corruption Trial?
Nicholson Kinsella Political Judiciary Shortliffe Fraser Smith
The judges on the Basi Virk - BC Rail Corruption case have been acting very strangely and we think it is because they are protecting the certain political interests and that Justice Minister Rob Nicholson may be fixing the case.
When the case first came to a hearing, Associate Chief Justice Patrick Dohm quickly took charge.
The reader will recall that Patrick Dohm was the guy that signed the search warrants for Glen Clark's home that effectively destroyed Premier Clark. Clark was taken out by a coup d'etat organized by Liberal Party of Canada and Liberal Party of British Columbia stalwarts. It was hardball politics of an unprecedented nature in Canadian history.
Clark's initial court appearances were before Patrick Dohm.
In the Clark prosecution, Dohm and his colleagues at BC Supreme Court headquarters installed former BC Government prosecutor, Elizabeth Bennett to conduct the trial of Clark. The result was a foregone conclusion. Clark never took the stand. Clark never gave any evidence about the Social Credit corruption and the Water War Crimes linked to his political enemies that he could have argued was the reason for his take down, Clark was acquitted. The trial carefully avoided any mention of corruption inside the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia.
In the Basi Virk BC Rail Corruption case, Bennett was soon taken off the case and replaced by Justice Anne McKenzie. Immediately before the trial commenced, Justice Anne McKenzie was rewarded with a political promotion to the office of Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia, but, she stayed on the case.
It is common knowledge that Basi and Virk are small fry. The real criminals are the masterminds behind the BC Rail sell off that saw CP Rail pull out of the process because its people determined that the process was rigged and the eventual sale of the assets to CN Rail connected to a group of people who were previously closely connected to Justice Minister Rob Nicholson such as Brian Smith, former Chairman of CN Rail, Paul Tellier, former President of CN Rail, Glen Shortliffe former Deputy Minister of Transport in charge of CN Rail, Patick Kinsella, and unregistered alleged lobbyist linked to CN Rail and Brian Smith, and, not so closely connected, but close enough to count, David McLean, the current Chairman of CN Rail. who is also a big political donor to Gordon Campbell.
The appointment of Justice Adele Kent to a mortgage fraud case in Calgary involving a Conservative Party Member of Parliament corroborates the suspicion that Justice Minister Nicholson is manipulating the judiciary to protect political insiders.
So, our question for our readers is:
1. Do you think Gordon Campbell blackmailed Rob Nicholson and threatened to expose Conservative Party insiders linked to the Water War Crimes in exchange for the appointment of a Campbell government friendly judge?
2. Do you think that Justice Anne McKenzie extracted her political promotion to the office of Associate Chief Justice in exchange for her agreement to to protect the high level insiders linked to Gordon Campbell?
