Donald Brenner died a few short days after the death of former British Columbia Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, on March 1, 2011, Wallace was also a major player in the Water War Crimes.
The death of Donald Brenner occurred less than two days after Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his colleagues in the House of Commons Was alerted to the probable "death or more insiders in the Water War Crimes.

Donald Brenner knew a lot of secrets and several insiders had motive to murder him.

Donald Brenner was appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in June 2000 to fill the position left vacant by Chief Justice Bryan Williams after Bryan Williams was exposed as being behind the manipulation that denied Sun Belt Water Inc. justice in the Canadian courts.
Donald Brenner proved his loyalty to the insiders when in August, 1998, he made an unprecedented court order that was part of the judicial conspiracy to destroy Mr. Carten who was then acting as the lawyer for Sun Belt Water Inc. As a result of Donald Brenner's order Mr. Carten was set up to go to jail in October, 1998.
This was a plan by the Government insiders to make life so difficult for Mr. Carten that he would eventually be destroyed.
The plan did not work and nine of the crooked judges who, like Mr. Brenner, attacked Mr. Carten, were destroyed instead.
In addition, Mr. Brenner's personal friend, Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield, was most probably murdered by insiders or committed suicide when his crimes in office were exposed.
In June 2009, a month after Stansfield, dropped dead allegedly from cancer, Mr. Brenner announced he would be resigning from his job as Chief Justice that paid approximately $250,000 per year. Things were obviously getting a little hot for Brenner.
Mr. Brenner returned to private practice of law and in June 2010, the Canadian Department of Justice hired Mr. Brenner to be one of the "qualified persons" who would review secret documents about Canada's military venture in Afghanistan. This proved that Brenner had high level friends in the corrupt Department of Justice in Ottawa.
Continuing research showed that Brenner was a notoriously crooked judge doing dirty deals to favour friends and to steal property from people.
At this time, it is difficult to say who murdered Donald Brenner.

Later he established himself in a sole practice in Vancouver specializing in air crash law which opened doors for him at Canada's Federal Department of Transport and Justice. Brenner used to brag that he was both a Marrano and a Catholic which, according to Brenner, gave him access to two of the worlds great mafias. Brenner was also a graduate of St. George's School, the premier private boys school in Vancouver. Brenner's mother was fund raiser for the Liberal Party of Canada which some people claim is the reason her son was appointed Chief Justice. Others claims the appointment was a reward for his role in setting up Mr. Carten for jail. Brenner was also a close friend of Alan McEachern who was appointed directly to the position of Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia by Pierre Trudeau's government from his private law practice at Vancouver's Russell and Dumoulin. McEachern was a big player in the Water War Crimes, signed the illegal Order in Council that imposed the moratorium on bulk water exports as Provincial Administrator in place of the Lieutenant Governor who was obviously not going to commit a crime by signing an order made illegally. Under the leadership of Allan McEachern the British Columbia courts descended into a cesspool of corruption from which they have never recovered.

"Holy cow! What did Brenner die of? And Carten says Gillian Wallace is dead too? Wow. What did she die of? How old was she? Who will be next to go? It was not very nice of Brenner, and I think it was incorrect of him, to award security for costs in favour of Margaret Annett in our case, in amount of some $65,000. He also was wrong as I recall in not requiring her to submit to a medical examination to see if she was ok to attend a discovery or answer questions under oath."
