Jack Ebbels
Jack Ebbels died Thursday, February 25, 2010. There is good reason to believe Jack Ebbels was murdered.
Jack Ebbels was the lawyer with the Ministry for the Attorney General in British Columbia who was in charge of putting together the agreement between the Government of British Columbia and W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. between 1989 and 1991. He knew a lot. He was assigned to his job by Deputy Attorney General Robert Edwards.

At about the same time, in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Mr. Colin Beach, president of Aquasource Ltd., advised Mr. Justice Peter Leask that he would be calling Jack Ebbels as a witness in his lawsuit against the Crown that is moving to trial in the coming months.
Perhaps it was the fear of public exposure for past mis-deeds that induced a cardiac arrest in Jack Ebbels but there was certainly motive for murder by the insiders involved in the WaterWarCrimes because Jack Ebbels was in a position to blow the whistle on who was involved and who held offshore accounts in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., the company favoured by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia.
If the Government of Canada and the Government of British Columbia has done the right thing and settled the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit filed in Canada's Federal Court, Jack Ebbels would probably still be alive.
When Jack Ebbels was asked, by letter, to answer some questions about the crooked deal he helped put together between W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., and the Government of British Columbia he, at first, refused to repsond to the correpsondence. When the Law Society of British Columbia reminded Jack Ebbels of his professional duty to respond to the correspondence he finally responded by writing that he had no memory of anything about "the deal" and in the following year he did not renew his membership in the Law Society. By resigning from the Law Society Jack Ebbels was avoiding a further investigation as the case got more serious.

2010 Legislative Session: Second Session, 39th Parliament, HANSARD, Official report of Debates of the Legislative Assembly, Monday, March 1, 2010 Afternoon Sitting, Volume 10, Number 6
Hon. G. Abbott: It's with great sadness that I acknowledge the passing of an exceptional British Columbian and an exceptional public servant. Mr. Jack Ebbels — who, I think, many of us in this House know, on both sides of the House — passed away last Thursday after suffering a heart attack while skiing in Alberta.
Jack joined the Attorney General's ministry in 1981. He worked his way up through the B.C. public service and in 1990 became the chief counsel for the Nisga'a land claim negotiations. He also served, again with great distinction, as the deputy minister in various areas such as Aboriginal Affairs and Energy and Mines.
I know the House would like to join with me in recognizing Jack's enormous contribution to this province, and I ask that all members join me in sending our prayers and our best wishes to Jack's family at this extraordinarily difficult time in their lives.
J. Horgan: It's with great sadness that I rise and join with the Minister of Aboriginal Relations in marking the passing of Jack Ebbels, who was a colleague of mine. I had the good fortune of working with Jack, not only on his triumphant work on the Nisga'a treaty but also within the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources.
I want to echo the words of the minister that Jack was a real gentleman and a really outstanding deputy minister. He planned the work, and he worked the plan. That was his credo, and he was one of the best deal-makers in government as well. I know many ministers over there would desperately love to have a good, solid deputy minister to get those things done, and that's what Jack did.
He was a solid guy. He never took credit himself. He always deferred that glory, whenever there was any in the public service, to those below him — a quality guy, a class act — and he will be desperately missed by his family and those who knew him.

Was Jack Ebbels Murdered?
Jack Ebbels is number 11 in a series of sudden deaths that have taken place as the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit has moved forward.
Jack Ebbels is alleged to have died of a sudden heath attack while skiing. Those who are aware of such things know that a heart can be induced by an electro-magnetic weapon fired from some distance at a targeted individual. A heart attack can be induced by slipping a number of deadly chemicals into person's drink. Also, a heart attack can be induced by the rapid injection of certain chemicals with a weaponized syringe. These chemicals and the electro-magnetic weapon create a heart attack like condition that can only be differentiated from a natural heart attack by very very sophisticated medical examinations.
Jack Ebbels was "a deal maker". He put to together the crooked deal between W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. and the Government of British Columbia. The deal was illegal and a violation of the Free Trade Agreement. Immediately after the deal was signed, there was a private issuance of 4.1 shares in W.C.W. to insiders many of whom remain unidentified and who held their shares in offshore accounts, most probably, because they were breaking the law and did not wish to be detected.

Do people kill others to prevent disclosure of information that could put them in jail for breaking the law?
You bet they do.
Was Jack Ebbels murdered?
We can't say but his sudden death, in the manner it occurred, and at the time it occurred sure looks suspicious and there were certainly people who had a motive to murder him.
Before Jack Ebbels died, the following conversation took place with a British Columbia mining entrepreneur and one of the Water War Crimes investigators: The mining entrepreneur said:
"They made Jack Ebbels deputy Minister of Oil and Gas and he is taking bribes from those guys from Calgary to get deals on oil and gas rights"
The investigator said
"How do you know that?
The mining entrepreneur said:
"I know is because the guys from Calgary who are paying the bribes tell me"
