Gentlemen:
Re: The Water War Crimes and the early death of Gillian Wallace - former Deputy Attorney General of BC.
It is with heartfelt sadness that I write you to advise of another early death, Gillian Wallace, resulting from the Water War Crimes web site and the lawsuit initiated by Ms. Gibbs and I in Canada's Federal Court Action No T-95-08 now under appeal in Federal Court of Appeal proceeding A - 309 -10.
The story of Ms. Wallace's involvement in the Water War Crimes is set out at http://www.waterwarcrimes.com/newest-developments-blog---breaking-news---follow-ongoing-developments-here.html
and at

Since April 2008, I have continually warned Messers Harper and Nicholson and their lawyers that there would be more "destruction and death" if the case were not settled. http://www.waterwarcrimes.com/1-uncanny-e-mail-to-prime-minister-harper-accurately-predicts-more-death-and-resignations.html
The recent death of Ms.Wallace, former Deputy Attorney General of British Columbia, former Ministry of Justice employee and former law clerk at the Supreme Court of Canada, allegedly by cancer on March 1, 2011, is consistent with my predictions and is death number 20 in the Water War Crimes saga.

According to her obituary, Ms. Wallace developed cancer in 2008 shortly after our lawsuit was filed in the Federal Court. Leading medical authorities now recognize that many cancers develop from psycho emotional issues. Co-incidentally judges John Bouck, David Vickers and Hugh Stansfield, all of whom were involved in the Water War Crimes, have also died from cancer that allegedly developed after the Federal court lawsuit was filed. These deaths are no co-incidence. All of these individuals were involved in serious criminal activity - as you well know.
Imagine the psychological and emotional stress Ms. Wallace was forced to undergo as a result of the publication of her crimes over the Internet and in Federal Court documents. Was this necessary? Ms. Gibbs and I offered to settle many months ago before the lawsuit and the Water War Crimes web site achieved international notoriety. Did this stress cause her cancer? It is difficult to answer that question but there is no doubt that during her dying days, Ms. Wallace was forced to contemplate the constant reminder of the wrongs she had committed and the harm she had inflicted on innocent victims and there was absolutely nothing she could do about it except watch, in agony, as her crimes were revealed to the increasing audience who have been following the case - both in legal circles and on the Internet.
In my opinion Ms. Wallace's early death was entirely unnecessary and it was hastened by the adamant refusal of the Governments of Canada and British Columbia to act, fairly and justly, in compliance with governing principles of law and equity. Is all of this death really necessary? Is there no way to obtain justice and redress in Canada except by making a public exposition of the corruption of individuals likeMs. Wallace who, if truth be told, was protecting others who had carried out criminal activities when they secretly conspired to profit illegally from Canada's water resources?
Once again, I encourage you to act with justice and equity in order to prevent further "destruction and death".
I am sending a copy of this e-mail to Mr. Dosanjh who was the Attorney General of British Columbia when Ms. Wallace was active in these matters as his Assistant Deputy and Deputy. Mr. Dosanjh will have some knowledge of some of these issues due to his conversations with Jay Bruns III the US Consul General, in Vancouver, at the time who took a keen interest in the abuse of Sun Belt Water Inc. by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia. Mr. Dosanjh suffered a heart attack in caucus a few years ago when these issues raised his stress levels. He has first hand experience with the psycho-somatic nature of dis-ease and will intuitively, if not expressly, agree with my comments about the regrettable early death of Gillian Wallace.
Yours very truly.
