We believe that, Ann Wilson, a long term employer/lawyer working for the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General committed fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice by swearing an affidavit that she knew was false and knowing that the affidavit would be used in Sun Belt Water Inc. lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia to mislead the presiding judge.
Ms. Wilson was the lawyer assigned to the task of drawing the legal agreement between Government of British Columbia and W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd dated September 25, 1989.
When documents were obtained that proved Ms. Wilson probably had knowledge that her affidavit was false when she swore it an so a complaint was made out to the police.

The Victoria City Police promised they would interview Ms. Wilson and, shortly afterwards, Deputy Attorney General, Gillian Wallace, suddenly resigned.
The police advised there was not enough information to proceed with a charge. We believe that Gillian Wallace ordered Ms. Wilson to sign the false affidavit but, nonetheless, the damage was done because the lies were put into court.
When additional documents were obtained that also proved that Ms. Wilson probably had knowledge that her affidavit was false when she signed it a second more elaborate report was sent to the police asking that the investigation be re-opened.

Back in 1988 and 1989 when she drafted the September 25, 1989 Agreement, Ms. Wilson worked under the direction of civil servant lawyers, Jack Ebbels and Robert Edwards, the Deputy Minister.
Robert Edwards and Jack Ebbels died very suddenly from apparent heart attacks although they were generally in very good health. We think they may have been murdered. Certainly, they were both in positions to expose some people as major criminals.
