US Senators, McCain and Graham, pay mystery visit to Ottawa, June 20, 2008
On June 10, 2008, US Senator John McCain announced in Boston that he would be visiting Ottawa, Canada, on June 20, 2008. He came to Canada with US Senator Lindsey Graham. When in Canada Mr. McCain told reporters that he and Mr. Graham were in Canada on US Senate business and not as part of his presidential campaign.
Mr. McCain and Mr. Graham sit on the US Senate Intelligence Committee. They are both US Navy veterans.
When they arrived in Ottawa they did not meet with the Public Safety Minister under whose mandate intelligence falls but, instead, they met with Foreign Affairs Minister David Emerson who had been closely connected to the WaterWarCrimes when he was Deputy Minister to Premier Bill Vander Zalm.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper left town and disappeared into the Canadian north.
David Emerson left for China the next week, had a nose bleed for three days, he returned to Canada and, shortly afterwards, announced he would be quitting politics.
On July 3, 2008, the Provincial Court of British Columbia wrote to Mr. Carten and announced that Mr. Justice Peter Leask, who regularly sits as a judge in the Supreme Court of British Columbia, was now the assigned trial judge in the prosecution of Mr. Carten that was brought in the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
At a news conference after their meeting with Mr. Emerson, Senator McCain was asked about water exports from Canada to the United States.
He replied:
"Water exports will be the defining issue of the 21 st century but it must be done with the consent sent of the people."
Was Senator McCain referring to the WaterWarCrimes where a cabal of elected and unelected people attempted to steal the water resources of Canada??
Senator John McCain represents the State of Arizona and understands the pressing need for water in the American southwest.

Why Did Senator John McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate in 2008?
If Senator McCain truly believes that water exports will be the defining issue of the 21st Century then the selection of Alaskan Governor Sarah Palin as running mate in the 2008 US presidential election campaign makes perfect sense.
Like Canada, Alaska is covered in water (snow) for six months of the year.
Alaska has more freshwater than British Columbia and the NAWAPA starts in Alaska and will deliver fresh water from Alaska, through British Columbia, to the American Southwest and Mexico. Naturally, the NAWAPA will pick up water from the large surpluses in British Columbia, as that water is ripe for "water harvesting", a phrase first used by Prince Charles, during his 2009 visit to Canada which included a five day visit to British Columbia.
The McCain/Palin team represented the perfect balance between supply and demand, between the resource and the market.
As a woman who spends time in the outdoors of Alaska, Sarah Palin has the intuitive and experiential knowledge to lead in the shaping of public opinion towards a reasonable and balanced approach to large volume bulk water transfers while at the same time protecting and enhancing environmental values.
