On January 14, 2011, retired British Columbia Supreme Court Justice, former Grand Master of the Grand lodge of Switzerland and active Freemason, Mr. H.A.D. (Bert) Oliver (shown at far right in photo) died, two months after suddenly becoming ill, in November, 2010, just about the time that former Associate Director of CSIS, Jack Hooper, was allegedly murdered by a sudden heart attack. at age 57. while in excellent health. and at about the same time British Columbia Premier. Gordon Campbell. and leader of the opposition in British Columbia, Carole James, announced they were resigning their positions.
British Columbia's political scene. that some claim is under the control of Freemasonry, was in disarray.
Several years ago, circa 2004, a Victoria area businessman advised the editors of this site that he observed approximately 80% of the judges in Victoria, British Columbia, going in and out of meetings at the Freemason lodge in Victoria. The businessman in question claimed he had been the victim of perverse judgments in the Victoria courts and carried out his own investigations. He has since disappeared.

Like Hooper, Oliver had been in excellent health but, according his son, Mark, as reported in the Vancouver Sun, on January 22, 2011, "He had been in relatively good health then two months ago everything started sort of packing in. all the parts started wearing down"
The editors of this site think it is fair to ask if Justice Oliver is another victim of the Water War Crimes lawsuit and web site. both of which are exposing high level corruption in the British Columbia judiciary.
Was Justice Oliver murdered in order to silence him?
Or, did his body systems start to collapse because of the stress of the ongoing investigations into the corruption in British Columbia's judiciary that had, at that time, led to the sudden death of nine judges. If Justice H.A.D. Oliver was a member of the corrupt cabal of judges operating in Vancouver, many of whom had suddenly died he would have realized that his death could be coming at any moment.

OLIVER'S BACKGROUND SUGGESTS HE WAS ILLUMINATI
H.A. D. (Bert) Oliver was very well connected and his background suggests he may have been a member of the notorious Illuminati, the group that many suggest secretly runs the whole of the modern world.
According to an obituary appearing in the BC Catholic on January 31, 2011, Oliver had been an "active Freemason and at one point was the Grand Master of the Grand Lodge of Switzerland".
This important biographical information about Oliver being a top Freemason was not disclosed in the mainstream media in Canada but only found in an obscure Catholic journal. The publication of Oliver's obituary in a Catholic paper was curious in itself because the celebration of his life was held in an Anglican Church,.the Church headed by the Queen of England, who, by an accident of history, happens to also be the Queen of Canada.
An examination of Oliver's background reveals he had also been a student at the London School of Economics, an institution established by Fabian Socialists to infiltrate governments and throughout the English speaking world -especially in British Commonwealth Countries - like Canada.
For example, two of Canada 's most notorious political trouble makers, former Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau and former Parti Quebecois leader, Jacques Parizeau, were also educated at the London School of Economics.
During the Second World War, Oliver was employed by British Intelligence. After the war, he trained as a lawyer and moved to Canada, in 1952, where he quickly established himself as a criminal defence lawyer, became the Consul General for Liberia, a puny country with a huge merchant marine, and, subsequently, became secretary general to the Vancouver Consular Corps from 1954 to 1982.
Oliver was a key player in the development of the use of offshore accounts in the Cayman Islands to avoid Canadian taxes. His former law partner, Ace Henderson, is now a judge in the Cayman Islands and where he was embroiled in a major corruption scandal only a few years ago. Henderson came to public prominence when. he was a part of the British Columbia government prosecution team that manipulated the prosecution of British Columbia David Stupich who had looted a million dollars from a charity. This was the political corruption scam that destroyed the career of BC Premier, Michael Harcourt. Stupich received a pre-arranged slap on the wrist and was sentenced to 18 months house arrest in his mansion of Gabriola Island near Nanaimo, British Columbia. The case reeked of corruption.
Along with Pierre Trudeau's advisor and Free Trade architect, Donald MacDonald, and British Columbia politician and later Lieutenant Governor, Garde Gardom, Oliver was a Freeman of the City of London. As the McMillan Binch inside investors list proves, investors from the City of London were heavily invested in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.
In another startling co-incidence, Oliver was appointed as a judge by Canada's Federal Government in 1988 when John Tait was the Deputy Attorney General for Canada. John Tait was one of the first insiders to mysteriously die in 1999 when the Sun Belt Water Inc. bombshell moved from the local courts in British Columbia to the national scene in Ottawa, Canada's capital. Pierre Trudeau died quickly afterwards, in September 2000.
OLIVER'S ROLE IN THE WATER WAR CRIMES
When British Columbia Premier, Glen Clark, was at the height of his power and his conduct was threatening to expose the players behind the Water War Crimes, H.A.D. Oliver was the Conflict of Interest Commissioner at the legislature in Victoria and, in that capacity, wrote a report that condemned Premier Glen Clark for violating conflict of interest rules by accepting a benefit from a family friend in the form of a new outdoor deck on his home. The deck was valued at approximately $1,400. The charge against Clark was a sick joke against the public of British Columbia compared to the huge conflict of interest carried out by Premier Gordon Campbell throughout his time in the legislature.
Oliver was Conflict of Interest Commissioner from May, 1997, to December, 2007, and, throughout that period, he turned a blind eye, as, year after year, Premier Gordon Campbell, in a clear and flagrant conflict of interest paid his MISTRESS hundreds of thousands of taxpayer's dollars to be his Deputy Chief of Staff.
In retrospect, it can now be stated that Oliver's report on Clark was part of the smear campaign that vilified Clark and justified the unprecedented police raid on Clark's home that toppled Clark from power. Clark was eventually acquitted of the charge but the Vancouver Police Department and, especially, the hidden powers that ordered the Vancouver Police into action to illegally remove a duly elected politician from office needed a cover and Oliver was an agreeable accomplice.
The judge assigned to the Clark case was Justice Elizabeth Bennett and it is the opinion of the editors of this web site that she was specifically selected for the case because she could be relied on to follow instructions from the insiders that control the judiciary in British Columbia. A deal had to be made to protect Clark because Clark knew too much and he was threatening to spill the beans that would destroy many careers in the province.
Elizabeth Bennett was later selected to preside in the BC Rail bribery case, a criminal prosecution that threatened to put Premier Gordon Campbell and some of his colleagues in jail.
Justice Elizabeth Bennett, like Justice Oliver, was a judge that could be relied on and this is how Canada's government appointed judiciary operate.

According to his obituary, Justice HAD Oliver, shown on right in the center photo, was a Knight Grace in the Order of St. John Of Jerusalem.
At this time, our research has not discovered whether Oliver was a member of the Venerable Order ..... or the Sovereign Order .... of St. John Of Jerusalem, the first being Catholic and loyal the Pope and the second being Protestant and loyal to the Queen of England who has been suspiciously active in the the Water War Crimes issues.
Brian Smith, shown in center photo, is also a Knight Grace in the Sovereign Order of Saint John Of Jerusalem.
Brian Smith was a key player in the Water War Crimes when he was Attorney General for British Columbia.

David MacLean was a large financial backer of now disgraced Premier Gordon Campbell who used taxpayers money to pay his mistress, and, like Brian Smith before, has been a Chairman of CN Rail. that was involved in one of the biggest political scandals in British Columbia history when the Government of British Columbia under the leadership of Premier Gordon Campbell sold British Columbia Railway to CN Rail. The editors of this web site are not in a position to make a credible opinion on David MacLean.
Interestingly. the Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia David Lam who suddenly died in February 2011 and who signed illegal Orders In Council conferring illegal monopolistic benefits on W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd, was made a Knight Commander in the Venerable Order of St. John of Jerusalem in 1998.
More interesting is the fact that William Elliott, Commissioner of the RCMP, was made a Knight of the "Venerable" Order of St. John of Jerusalem, in 2008, which probably assists to explain his complete and utter failure to properly investigate the Water War Crimes.
It is beginning to look like the Orders of St. John Of Jerusalem, "Sovereign" and "Venerable" may qualify as a criminal organizations under Canada's anti-gang legislation.

Section 467.1 the Criminal Code of Canada defines a criminal organization as

(a) is composed of three or more persons in or outside Canada; and
(b) has as one of its main purposes or main activities the facilitation or commission of one or more serious offences that, if committed, would likely result in the direct or indirect receipt of a material benefit, including financial benefit, by the group or any of the persons who constitute the group.
