Lawyer Nola Silzer - Puppet Fraudster
Nola Silzer Was A Puppet
When Sun Belt Water Inc., lawyer, John Carten, made application in the Supreme Court of British Columbia in September, 2001, seeking relief from the oppressive actions of Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. that prevented him from practicing his professional and paying child support, Themis employed its staff lawyer Ms. Nola Silzer.
Silzer, like a typical British Columbia government lawyer, put together a false affidavit and a fraudulent written submission. In reply, Mr. Carten filed material that proved that Silzer was lying and asked Justice James Taylor for an Order for costs against Themis or Silzer. This is a customary Order where a party deliberately misleads the court.
However, making and Order that Themis or Silzer pay costs to Mr. Carten would have put some cash into Mr. Carten''s pocket and that was contrary to the Government strategy which has been to destroy his economic capacity.
Nola Silzer no longer works with Themis. We are unsure of she was fired when we blew the whistle on her or if she quit because she did not like taking instructions from her puppet-masters.
The failure of Taylor to make the Order assisted to prove Taylor was a crooked judge because he did not do what he should have done under the law.
Taylor's improper conduct was repeated later by Supreme Court of British Columbia Justice Victor Curtis in 2007 when Mr. Carten proved that the submissions of British Columbia Government lawyer Craig Jones acting for the Government of British Columbia and Themis were fraudulent. Not only did Justice Curtis decide against Mr. Carten but he also ordered him to pay the costs of a the fraudsters. This action by Justice Victor Curtis suggests he was a part of the judicial mafia.
