Site C Dam and the NAWAPA
The Photo to the left depicts the area to be flooded to create the large Site C Reservoir critical to the implementation of the North American Water and Power Alliance (NAWAPA) one of the boldest public works projects ever conceived in human history.
The water from this, to be created, man made lake, together with the water in Williston Lake, another man made lake, will be the two of the larger lakes in a series of lakes and new rivers stretching from Alaska and the Yukon to California, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada Texas and Mexico.
Although planned 25 years ago, successive British Columbia governments have delayed its construction because the insiders saw their plans to create a private bulk water export monopoly for themselves frustrated by the entry of Sun Belt Water Inc. and its Canadian partner Snowcap Waters Ltd. into business competition with the company the insiders secretly selected to have the water export monopoly, namely, W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.

He introduces himself to a reluctant British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, they walk around together and Mr. Schwarzenegger tells Mr. Campbell his vision of future co-operation between California and British Columbia and, shortly afterwards, some important legal agreements are signed by Premier Campbell and Governor Schwarzenegger. In the months that follow, Premier Gordon Campbell resurrects the Site C Dam proposal that was a key link in the NAWAPA and that was put on the shelf 20 years ago when the Grand Plan to Steal Canada Water Resource Wealth by political insiders went sideways and failed.
Mr. Schwarzenegger had some help from President Barack Obama and Prime Minister Stephen Harper who collectively put the muscle on Premier Campbell and the criminal gang inside the Governnent of British Columbia. It is a reasonable speculation that the American and Canadian authorities agreed not to prosecute British Columbia politicians, civil servants and business people involved in the WaterWarCrimes in exchange for open access to water from British Columbia.
