Mr. Justice Robert Metzger - Supreme Court of British Columbia

Robert Metzger is the former Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia was rewarded with a promotion to the position of a Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia on June 29, 2000.
Mr. Metzger was Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia in 1998 when Mr. Carten was railroaded into jail after being denied the fundamental right to call witnesses in his own defence. It is the Chief judge who has the power to select a crooked judge to sit on an individual case. So, it is probable that Robert Metzger had a hand in the railroading of Mr. Carten.
Co-incidentally, June 2000 was the same month that Prime Minister Jean Chretien rewarded Judge Donald Brenner with a position as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia five months after the former Chief Justice, Bryan Williams, was forced to resign after he was caught manipulating the process in the Supreme Court to sabotage the Sun Belt Water Inc litigation.
In addition, Metzger was also a close working colleague of the corrupt former Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia, Hugh Stansfield, who either was murdered or committed suicide a few days after he was exposed as a pedophile in internet correspondence between Mr. Carten and child abuse investigator, Rob Nicholson. The internet correspondence of both Carten and Nicholson is believed to be closely monitored by Canadian authorities who are worried their system of crooked judges will be exposed. .
The official story is that Stansfield died from cancer, a highly unlikely story because witnesses report Stansfield was observed to be in robust good health at a public conference held a few days before his death.
In another co-incidence, one month after former after former Chief Judge Stansfield died, Chief Justice Brenner announced he would be retiring. Obviously, Brenner was frightened. However, his retirement did not help him, because in March 2011, Donald Brenner, in excellent health, suddenly, dropped dead from an unexpected heart attack. Brenner was fully aware of the corrupt system inside Canada's judiciary and intelligent observers think Brenner was murdered in order to silence him.
If Mr. Metzger was part of the conspiracy against Mr. Carten, it is logical and reasonable to assume his promotion to the Supreme Court was a reward for assisting the Governments of Canada to destroy Mr. Carten and to put him in jail.
Curiously, Mr. Metzger was elevated the the Supreme Court of British Columbia the same day that Kelowna lawyer, Richard Brooke, received a similar appointment.
Mr. Brooke has been opposing legal counsel on a nasty lawsuit in the Okanagan Valley involving now deceased lawyer, Karl Eisbrenner.
Mr. Eisbrenner blew the whistle on a judge he thought was crooked and the judge immediately resigned.
According to Mr Eisbrenner, Mr. Brooke had been involved in some shady dealings related to the same case.
"Mr Justice Hutchison, presided on May 10.99 in Penticton Supreme Court, found "discrepancies" amid and among the various "facts" and "affidavits" filed by the Respondent Mines Ministry [represented by Lisa Mrozinski, Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen [represented by [then] T.Richard Brooke, Q.C., and Thomas W. Barnes - also representing the Municipal Insurance Associations' 155 municipal corporate members], and Larry D. Halbauer [representing William Barisoff MLA, W.B. Barisoff & Sons Ltd, and various family members].
Justice Hutchison ordered cross-examination on Affidavit, resulting in admissions and more affidavits from the Mines Ministry, contradictory affidavits all filed as post hoc assurances by a [former] Chief Inspector of Mines.
Bottom line. The May 2001 election in B.C. was held without the public being made aware of complicity between MLA Barisoff, Thorpe and Campbell, along with others, who sought to protect the Liberal Party from any hint or scent of scandal - to ensure a Liberal victory.
G. Jack Harris, Q.C., a prominent Lower Mainland attorney, said: "The only problem with your clients' case is the timing of the election". "Some senior Judges and others do not want the NDP to have any chance in the next election", and the facts of the case would implicate Gordon Campbell in pre-election breach of trust, misrepresentation and other issues effectively impacting the Liberal election chances.
The Law Society of B.C. filed its own complaint against me in July 2000, alleging I had filed Court papers effectively putting the B.C.S.C. in a situation where unless the Court granted the relief asked for, the Court would be admitting or allowing itself to be implicated in wrongdoing."
The Law Society immediately moved to dis-bar Mr. Eisbrenner although no one had complained about his conduct except opposing legal counsel who were losing in court. The disbarment relied upon a patently fraudulent psychiatric report where the psychiatrist wrote that Eisbrenner was delusional about the law case but where the psychiatrist admitted she had never spoken to any of the witnesses and had never read any of the evidence. The psychiatrist offered an opinion that in Canada's system of law, it was not possible for a judge to lie - a patently absurd conclusion completely without any science to back it up. Until his death in July 2006, Mr. Eisbrenner was of the opinion the psychiatrist had been threatened.
