First Day Results Analysis for Western Premiers Conference
Canada's western Premiers huddled together in a small room on June 15, 2010, and came to an unprecedented historic agreement to
"manage Canada's valuable fresh water supplies",
"recognize our collective obligation to be responsible water stewards for North America and the world",
"increase our water monitoring effort and cooperate and share information on water conservation and water quality"
and, finally,
"to collaborate with State governments on trans-boundary issues".

Premier Campbell, fresh from his meeting with the Bilderberg Secret World Rulers in Spain on June 5 and 6, 2010, Chaired the extraordinary conference which saw unprecedented co-operation on water issues between Canada's four western provincial governments and Canada's three northern territories.
Knowledgeable watchers recognize that western Canada is in the process of setting up a supra-provincial watershed management structure that will be integrated with similar structures being constructed in western the United States for water management in American western states. It is expected that the over all responsibility will be managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers that has been responsible for the management of the facilities established in Columbia River Basin Treaty - a water management and water sharing agreement entered into between Canada, British Columbia and the United States in 1964.

This agreement by the Premiers, characterized by a historic level of co-operation between Canada's usually fractious provincial and territorial leaders, is regarded as part of the ongoing process to bring out a rationalized structure to deliver vast quantities of fresh water to the American southwest and Mexico involving the trans-boundary transfer of fresh water from several Canadians watersheds which often straddle provincial and territorial boundaries. To put it another way, water control and water delivery cannot be properly dealt with under existing political structures due to the peculiar nature of water - its sources and its patterns of natural distribution.

The press release continued to deliver the deceitful Canadian message to the Canadian public that Canadian fresh water comes from glaciers and that Canada' water supplies are at risk because some of Canada's small glaciers are allegedly diminishing in size.
In fact, the source of almost all of Canada's freshwater is the result of annual rainfall and snowfall patterns.

The alleged concern of the Premiers about "melting glaciers" is absurd given that according to the Canadian Government Ministry - Natural Resources Canada:
At present there are no reliable figures on the total number of glaciers in Canada.
The editors of this web site have been unable to locate any data that provides a reliable measure of the annual percentage contribution "melting glaciers" make to overall annual fresh water flows in Canada. We doubt that it is a significant number compared to annual snow-melt and rainfall because glaciers cover only 2% of Canada's land mass and much of the fresh water run off from a glacier will be from annual snowfall that melts later in the year than in non glaciated regions.
Bridgette Anderson, whose name appears as Press Secretary to Premier Campbell on the Media Advisory was unable to respond to a question about the percentage of glacial melt as a portion of annual fresh water flow in Canada during a telephone inquiry made June 16, 2010. She promised to look into the matter and respond.

Bilderberg Club and Premier Campbell
As part of his preparation for the Western Premiers Conference, on June 5 and 6, 2010, British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell secretly took a private trip to Spain where he was the only Canadian politician invited to the 58th annual meeting of the elusive elite organization known as the Bilderberg Group.
According to the David Beers writing for The Hook, (click here to see full story)
"UBC professor of international law Michael Byers, a federal New Democrat who has run for Member of Parliament in Vancouver, would like Campbell to be more forthcoming about the goal and results of his four days spent with the Bilderbergers, paid for by citizens of B.C."
"One doesn't need to be a conspiracy theorist to be concerned that the Premier of B.C. is attending secret meetings with the power brokers of global capitalism, including Henry Kissinger and Peter Sutherland, the chairman of Goldman Sachs International. These are people who see countries as commodities, available for take-over and trade -- along with their natural resources -- without regard for the interests or opinions of their citizens."
Byers added, "The parallel with Paul Gross' 2004 CBC drama ‘H20’ is particularly disturbing. There, the Bilderberg Group engineered the rise to power of a Canadian prime minister -- and the incorporation of Canada into the United States -- in return for the commercialization and export of Canada's freshwater. Gordon Campbell is commercializing B.C.'s fresh water so that multinational corporations can export hydroelectricity to California. So what's the quid pro quo? Does it only come later, in the form of lucrative positions on the boards of Bilderberg-associated companies? Or has some of it already arrived?"
[Editors note, the Paul Gross 2004 CBC Drama is widely regarded as Canadian state propaganda so that blame for the $10.5 billion claim against Canada by Sun Belt Water Inc. under Chapter 11 of the NAFTA would be directed on Americans and not the cabal of crooked Canadian political insiders who have not yet been brought to justice in their home country.
Co-incidentally, the CBC news anchor man Peter Mansbridge was also invited to the meeting. Click here to read about the role of CBC in distorting and covering up the Water War Crimes.

British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell
Under increasing pressure of the threat of trade retaliation from the United States, Canada's Western Premiers are meeting in Vancouver, June 15 & 16, 2010, to discuss "Canada US relations" and "water policy"
Premier Gordon Campbell, suspected to be under strict orders from his Bilderberg Bosses whom he met in Spain (June 5 and 6) and under mounting pressure to resign due to a looming sex for jobs scandal, has been a key player in the cover up of The Water War Crimes and is reported to have secretly negotiated several agreements with American States to facilitate massive bulk water exports.
Campbell supporters Peter Brown, Lyall Knott, Paul Fraser, and Patrick Kinsella were all strong supporters of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. back in 1988 to 1991 when secret Canadian insiders sought to hi-jack Canada's water export wealth and set up an illegal monopoly in the United States to distribute Canadian fresh water.
The Canadian criminal conspiracy was blocked when the American corporation Sun Belt Water Inc. entered the competition and won the first ever contract to ship water from Canada to the United States in 1991.

Alberta Premier Ed Stelmach
Alberta Premier Ed Stelmach, shown left, will play a role in the discussions because the Peace River flows from British Columbia into Alberta. and water flows will be reduced when the diversions are put in place to ship massive amounts of fresh water to California and other states. Former Alberta Premier Peter Lougheed at Calgary law firm Bennett Jones has gone on public record denouncing any plans to divert so called Canadian water to the USA although, hypocritically, he led his province into the Canada US Free Trade Agreement that guarantees Alberta the right to sell its non renewable oil and natural gas gas reserves into the United States in exchange for a guarantee that the supply will not be cut.
Premier Stelmach's position on bulk water exports remains clouded in a mixture of gas and oil.

Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall
Premier Brad Wall of Saskatchewan is also interested in the water export plans because there are several proposals to divert massive quantities of water from northern Saskatchewan to the United States. Under his leadership, the Province Of Saskatchewan has continued exporting massive amounts of potash a non renewable resources and, increasingly, it has become an exporter of massive amounts of the non renewable resources of oil and natural gas.
Lake Diefenbaker the largest Lake in southern Saskatchewan, with over 500 miles of shoreline, was created by dam construction completed in 1967.

Manitoba Premier Greg Selinger
Manitoba Premier Gregg Selinger will have a great interest in the British Columbia water export plans because similar plans are poised to develop in Manitoba to deliver fresh water to Texas and other states east of the continental divide.
Several prominent Manitobans were secret investors in the W.C.W Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. , the company that was set up by Canadian insiders to attempt to swindle Canada's water export revenues for themselves.

North West Territories Premier Floyd Roland
Finally, Premier Floyd Roland representing the people of the Northwest Territories is expected to express concerns that river flows in the Northwest Territories will be diminished causing economic and environmental damage to local communities who continue to rely on water flows for their livelihood.
Nonetheless, Premier Roland, a proponent of natural resource development, will be profoundly interested in any revenues his province can manage to squeeze out of water diversions projects.
The water resources of the Northwest Territories are ripe for exploitation.
Canadians may be witnessing a watershed event in the next few days at the Western Premier's Conference in Vancouver.

Nunavut Premier Eva Aariak
Premier Eva Aariak of Nunavut will be expected to be concerns about diminshed water flows into the territory of Nunavut when huge amounts of water that usually drains into Nunavut from Saskatachewan and Manitoba is diverted south to the United States and Mexico
The Grand Canal project, is not expected to be officially discussed at the meeting but the plan is of keen interest to Premier Aariak because Nunavut borders on Hudson's Bay and the Grand Canal project proposes that an arm of Hudson's Bay, namely James Bay, be sealed and turned into a fresh water lake.

Yukon Premier Denis Fentie
Yukon Premier Denis Fentie shown right is expected to be keenly interested because the Yukon Territory, along with the State of Alaska, contain the northernmost extremities of the NAWAPA, the decades old plan developed by Parson's Engineering to deliver massive quantities of fresh water water from Alaska, the Yukon and British Columbia to California, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico.

Premier Campbell and CBC Newsman Mansbridge At Bilderberg Conference
The photo above is from an online newspaper that reported on the Bilderberg Club meeting in Spain on June 5 and 6, 2010. Premier Campbell is wearing the blue shirt with his hands on his hips. In front of him on the left is Peter Mansbridge (the guy with the bald head) who is the lead newsman for the CBC, Canada's government owned television and propaganda network.
Canada's major media have refused to report on the attendance of Premier Campbell and CBC newsman Mansbribge at the exclusive and intensely private Bilderberg Club meeting. Who did Premier Campbell talk to? What did he discuss? Did he make any promises? Did he accept any rewards or promises of reward in exchange for commitments regarding water exports?
