Jean Chretien's and His Judges at Canada's Federal Court
Johanne Gauthier Roger Lafreniere Allan Lutfy Jean Chretien
In late 2007, we decided to file a lawsuit against those who had attacked us. This is what court systems are for. Instead of murdering our enemies, we decided to take them to court.
We knew that the attacks against us had been directed by Canada's Federal Goernment because of information we had received from our intelligence sources and from observations we made, on the gorund, in Canada. Some of those attacks took place in the court sytems of British Columbia and Alberta and it was clear to us that the judges of those court systems were deliberately fixing the cases against us. These judges, with a few exceptions, were appointed to their jobs and paid by Canada's Federal Government.
You can scroll down the side bar and review the names of over twenty five (25) judges and read what they did and judge for yourselves what kind of crooks these judges are. It is no co-incidence that these same judges show up in other cases of judicial corruption.
So, we decided to take our lawsuit directly into the heart of Canada's Federal Government by launching our lawsuit Canada's Federal Court, located in Ottawa, instead of a court in British Columbia or Alberta which are controlled by local political and legal mafia's and have an internationally recognized reputatiuon for corruption and sleaze.

The Cowardly Chief Justice
at
Canada's Federal Court
Allan Lutfy
Allan Lutfy
Allan Lutfy was appointed Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Canada by Prime Minister Jean Chretien and, prior to his appointment to the bench, he was so close to Chretien that Chretien hired him to interview his potential cabinet ministers
However, Allan Lutfy was educated by the Jesuit Fathers, at Loyola High School and Loyola College, located in Montreal, Canada, and, at Loyola, the Jesuit Fathers taught Allan Lutfy the difference between right and wrong, between honesty and dishonesty and between justice and injustice. They also taught how to play hockey.
When the Water War Crimes lawsuit was filed in the Canada's Federal Court located in the Thomas D'Arcy McGee (*see footnote) building in Ottawa, Allan Lufty decided to play hockey and followed a path of dodging, weaving and defensive maneuvering that would make a hockey team and the Jesuit Fathers, at Loyola proud, except for one thing, Allan Lutfy, proved to be a coward.
And, there was no place for cowards at Loyola - in Montreal.
You see, instead of doing the dirty work himself, Allan Lutfy, the coward, appointed a lowly court clerk in Vancouver, named Roger Lafreniere, to handle the case as if he, Lafreinere, were a judge, which he was not. LaFreniere did his best to carry the puck for his boss and delayed the Water War Crimes lawsuit - for almost two years - but the Federal Court of Appeal blew the whistle on Lafreniere who passed the puck back to his boss Allan Lutfy, the coward, in Ottawa.
So, Allan Lutfy, the coward, instead of doing the dirty work himself, assigned a woman, Madam Justice, Johanne Gauthier, to do the job that Allan Lutfy, the coward, did not have the courage to do himself and, on August 27, 2010, Justice Gauthier, allegedly, misapplied the law and dismissed the Water War Crimes lawsuit in a brazen attempt to deny two Canadian citizens the right to take criminals inside their government to court in Canada. We say alleged because there is some doubt the Justice Gauthier was the actual author of the judgment.
* Thomas D'arcy McGee was the Irish Catholic Canadian Father of Confederation who had the courage to speak out and denounce secret societies such as the Freemasons, the Orange Order and the Fenians, who were a threat to Canada's new democracy. McGee was assassinated in 1868, just like Irish Catholic American President, John Kennedy, was assassinated, in 1963, after making similar denunciations of secret societies.
The "ghost" of Thomas D'Arcy McGee has been disturbed by the cowardice and trickery going on in the Thomas D'arcy McGee Courthouse building, in Ottawa, and according to reports, it has been sighted, recently, wandering the halls of the Courthouse named after him looking for the cowardly, Allan Lutfy, an Irish Catholic, who has adopted the style and mannerisms of the crooked English judges who presided in the courts of the occupying English armies, in Ireland, and who, for over 300 years, denied justice to, cheated and murdered millions of the native Irish.

Federal Court Prothonotary
Roger Lafreniere
"Ragging the Puck for 2 years"
Lafreniere
Roger Lafreniere, was appointed, in 1999, to be a Clerk or Prothonotary of Canada's Federal Court by Prime Minister Jean Chretien and Justice Minister Anne McLellan.
Initially, Mr. Lafreniere was assigned to the Federal Court registry in Toronto but was subsequently assigned to the Federal Court registry in Vancouver.
For almost two years, Roger Lafreniere, followed the instructions of his team captain Allan Lutfy, played hockey and "ragged the puck" on the Water War Crimes lawsuit. "Ragging the puck" is a Canadian ice hockey expression used to describe the strategy of deliberately delaying the game by skating back and forth on the ice, dragging the puck backwards away from the opposing players and never allowing opposing team the opportunity of taking possession of the puck which will enable them to try to score a goal.
Then, in October, 2009, the Canada's Federal Court of Appeal made a decision in the Water War Crimes lawsuit and Roger Lafreniere was compelled the "pass the puck" back to his team captain, Chief Justice Allan Lufty.

Justice Johanne Gauthier
A Team Player
Like Prothonotary Roger Lafreniere and Chief Justice Alan Lutfy, Justice Johnane Gauthier was appointed to her position by the notorious Prime Minister of Canada, Jean Chretien.
When Canada's Federal Court of Appeal blew the whistle on the game being played by the "A-Team" (*see footnote) in Canada's Federal Court, Roger Lafreniere passed the puck back to his team captain. Chief Justice Allan Lutfy, and, Allan Lutfy, the coward, did not have the courage to go "head to head" (a football term) in the Water War Crimes lawsuit so he "passed the puck" (a hockey term) to a woman, Madam Justice Johanne Gauthier, who did what Allan Lutfy did not have the courage to do himself, mis-applied the law and denied the Plaintiffs in the Water War Crimes lawsuit the opportunity to pursue their claim against Canada's Federal Government in Canada's court system. because, if they were allowed to continue, they would expose some very serious criminal mis-conduct by very senior Canadian Government officers and employees.
The written judgment is so filled errors and mis descriptions of facts that it appears to have been written by a third party who was not present in the courtroom. It is a common practice for government officials and not judges to write legal decisions in Canada that operates a communist-style judiciary (see footnote).
Footnote, former British Columbia Supreme Court Justice John C. Bouck wrote a series of thoughtful articles that appeared in Canadian newspapers, in 1998, that described the existence of two judicial teams inside the Canada's court system, the "A-Team" and the "B-Team".
According to Bouck, the A-Team was called into action by the Chief Justice on those cases where the Chief Justice, a political appointment, wanted a certain result, while the B-Team was used for those cases where there was no political interest. The system described by Bouck was astonishingly similar to that described by former Czechoslovakian Judge, Otto Ulc, who claimed that the Communist Party, in Czechslovakia, dictated to the judges what to do in cases where the Communist Party had an interest to protect. This is how the law courts are manipulated in Canada.

The Federal Court of Canada
Jurisdiction
The law says the Federal Court has jurisdiction to in proceedings in which relief is sought against any person for anything done or omitted to be done in the performance of the duties of that person as an officer, servant or agent of the Crown. Federal Court Act Section 17 (5) (b)
Under section 2 (1) of the Federal Court Act: “Crown” means Her Majesty in right of Canada;
Under section 35 (1) of the Interpretations Act: “Her Majesty”, “His Majesty”, “the Queen”, “the King” or “the Crown” means the Sovereign of the United Kingdom, Canada and Her other Realms and Territories, and Head of the Commonwealth;
So, it is clear, the Federal Court of Canada has unfettered statutory jurisdiction to hear cases against the Queen of Canada, Her officers, Her servants and Her agents, which would be all Federal Government Prime Ministers, their cabinet ministers, judges appointed by the Canada's federal government, Canadian federal government employees, i.e. servants, and all persons who were not "officers" or "servants" of the Queen but who became agents of the Queen, "de facto or de jure" by entering into clandestine, secret or covert agreements to act for the Queen, her officers or servants in a criminal conspiracy to attack innocent Canadian citizens.
