Defends Pedophile Judge in Canada's Federal Court
The WaterWarCrimes lawsuit took a curious turn today reflective of the "odious" culture inside the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General when British Columbia Government lawyer, Hugh Gwillim, jumped to the defence of deceased Provincial Court Chief Judge, Hugh Stansfield, (shown left) an alleged pedophile who engaged in the sexual abuse of children as young as six - according to affidavit evidence filed in Canada's Federal Court.
Mr. Gwillim's defence of of Judge Stansfield was destroyed when it was pointed out that the source of the evidence was the highly credible whistle-blower who assisted to exposed British Columbia Provincial Court Judge David Ramsay as another major judicial pedophile. After many frustrating years of complaints about his conduct, Judge Ramsay was finally brought to justice and sentenced to seven years of imprisonment. He died last year in Canada's infamous Dorchester Prison shortly prior to his release.
The British Columbia judicial community has a long history of sexual dysfunction and child molestors have been regularly appointed to the bench by insiders at the Ministry of the Attorney General and Canada's Department of Justice who wish to keep the judiciary under control through blackmail and extortion.

The information concerning Judge Stansfield was filed in the Federal Court proceedings to corroborate the allegations that Government of Canada have been conducting covert surveillance on the Plaintiffs e-mail which predicted the judge's ensuing death only a few days before it happened. Astuate observers have concluded that Judge Stansfield was murdered or committed suicide because his crimes were exposed and he was vulnerable. Judge Stansfield could probably have exposed a number of key players in the judicial mafia that operates in Canada.
At the same hearing, Law Society of British Columbia lawyer, Michael Armstrong, refused to answer allegations that judges of the Supreme and Appeal Court of British Columbia were also "life benchers" or "life directors" of the Law Society thereby putting them in many conflicts of interest situations.
Hiding in their offices, only a few blocks away, and afraid to appear before the judge in person, lawyers, Hugh Gwillim, Lisa Riddle, and Michael Armstrong, spoke to judge Johanne Gauthier, over the telephone, in their last stand to try to block the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit from moving forward.
Appearing by telephone from Ottawa, Canadian Judicial Council lawyer, Martin Mason, argued that judges were no longer "officers of the crown", a position contrary to nine hundred years of English legal history.
Cowardly Vancouver lawyer, James Sullivan, who previously acted for BC political back room manipulator, Patrick Kinsella, was so afraid to act on the case that he would not even join the telephone conference call and instead used a newly called lawyer, Laura Cundari, who was so ill prepared she could not advise the court if lawyer Joanne Platt was an employee of her client. Ms. Platt, a long term employee of Ms. Cundari's client Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. is accused of criminal obstruction of justice in a related case.
The WaterWarCrimes lawsuit has killed nine judges, one politician and at least two civil servants and illustrates how the British Columbia Courts are controlled by a cabal of insiders with the Government of British Columbia.

Madam Justice Gauthier of Canada's Federal Court must decide if the Court will allow the case to proceed. The Plaintiffs have confirmed they will appeal to a higher court if Madam Justice Gauthier denies them their right to have their case against the Canadian Government and its crooked judges heard in Canada's Federal Court.
