Death Stalks Ottawa
The Prophecy Unfolds
With Death Number 14
"The evil that men do lives after them" - Shakespeare
"It is only July now . . . . but I expect to see more obituaries of insiders connected to the Water War Crimes " stated John Carten in the audio tape on this page (at about 1.40 minutes) and on May 7 2010 the obituary of Glen Shortliffe, the former Privy Council, appeared in the Globe and Mail, on August 6, 2010, Jean Chretien nearly died, and on August 12, 2010, Mario Lague's obituary appeared.
Then on September 29, 2010, Senator Norm Atkins, who was an Ottawa insider with links to the Water War Crimes, suddenly died and the death march continued.
Mario Lague's death is part of the unfolding pattern of predicted "destruction and death".
"More destruction and death" was predicted in an uncanny e-mail to Prime Minister Harper in May, 2009 immediately after the sudden death of British Columbia Provincial Court Chief Judge Stansfield on May, 7, 2009, whose death Mr. Carten had earlier predicted on April 20, 2009 in a private e-mail that was being followed by the authorities in Canada and, probably, elsewhere. .
Two years later on April 20, 2010, in the wake of the recent death (Feb 25, 2010) of retired civil servant and Water War Insider Jack Ebbels, Mr. Carten warned Madam Justice Gauthier that the Federal Court lawsuit (T-95-08) should be settled soon or he there would be more deaths. Mario Lague's sudden death is a fulfillment of that prophecy also.
Following the prediction by Mr. Carten in May, 2009, and April 2010, on May 6, 2010, Water War Crimes insider, former Clerk of the Privy Council Glen Shortliffe died from a sudden unexpected heath attack. Mr. Shortliffe was death number 13 of the Water War Crimes insiders since January, 10, 2006, shortly after we began to expose the crimes by the insiders.
As predicted by Mr. Carten in in May 2009, and April 2010, on August 6, 2010, Water War Crimes insider, former Prime Minster Jean Chretien had a near death experience from a blown out blood vessel in his head buh he was, luckily, saved by last minute surgery.
Then, as predicted by Mr. Carten in May 2009 and April 2010, on August 12, 2010, another Water War Crimes insider, Mario Lague died from a motor vehicle accident.
A couple of deaths is a co-incidence, 14 deaths is proof of an underlying causal relationship.
If he was not murdered, as we suspect some of the 14 dead insiders were, it is likely Mario Lague was under a lot of stress because his activities at the Privy Council and with Prime Minister Paul Martin were coming back to haunt him.

Who Was Mario Lague?
and
What Was His Relationship to the Water War Crimes?
Mr. Laguë arrived in Ottawa, in 1995 after the Quebec referendum, and joined the Government of Prime Minister Jean Chretien.
He quickly moved into the Privy Council Office, where, from 1998 to 2003, he worked himself up to the very senior role of assistant secretary for communications to the cabinet, the most senior bureaucrat in charge of all government communications,
At that time, he worked closely with Peter Donolo, the director of communications to Prime Minister Jean Chrétien. Mr. Laguë was Mr. Donolo's public service counterpart and the two met regularly and were obviously involved in the response of the Government of Canada the claim of Sun Belt Water Inc. that landed in Ottawa like a bombshell sending shock waves throughout Canada's political establishment and causing a mass exodus of politicians and senior civil servants.
Mr. Laguë was killed Thursday, August 12, 2010, morning as he rode his motorcycle to work.
At an intersection in Ottawa's west end, not far from his office near Parliament Hill, he was involved in an accident with an SUV. Reports say he sustained head injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mr. Lague joined Prime Minister Paul Martin in late 2003 and moved over to the political side, working as his director of communications where he worked with Water War Crimes insider, Tim Murphy.
Most recently, Mr. Lague worked for Michael Ignatief leader of the Liberal Party of Canada - Canada's official opposition
Mr. Laguë leaves his wife, Caroline Vu-Nguyen, two teenage children and his extended family.
Former Prime Ministers Jean Chretien and Paul Martin, have some soul searching to do.
In our opinion, Mr. Lague was under a lot of stress because the dirty work he was involved in the Privy Council under Mr. Chretien and in the Prime Minister's Office under Paul Martin was now being exposed on this web site and Mr. Lague's concentration on driving was distracted by the thoughts of the crimes he had committed for them - and that brief distraction led to the accident. It is another strange co-incidence in this strange case.
Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Justice Minister Rob Nicholson have deliberately delayed the settlement of our lawsuit and, as we predicted, more insiders have died as a result.
We remind the readers that by an uncanny email we alerted Prime Minister Harper and Justice Minister Nicholson to the probability of more death and destruction in May, 2009, immediately after the sudden death of Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield, when the death toll was only (8) eight. Prime Minister Harper and Justice Minister Nicholson also have some soul searching to do because they ignored our warnings and contributed to the death of six more Water War Crimes insiders.
The death toll is now thirteen since 2006 and fourteen (14) if one counts the sudden death of John Tait in 1999.
Mario Lague is another deadly reminder that the number of the dead linked to one lawsuit is more than a co-incidence.

In an interview, held August 16, 2010, a former Conservative Party worker stated that Mario Lague had a reputation as a nasty, unscrupulous, political operator who would not hestiate to use any and all powers of the state to destroy anyone believed to be a threat to the agenda of the politicians he worked for.
Was Mario Lague's Death Just Another Co-incidence?
Or
Was It A Carefully Planned Incident Designed To Look Like An Accident?
There is something very suspicious about Mario Lague's death and its timing coming as it does at the end - for the present time - of a string of sudden deaths (14) on the part of Water War Crimes insiders.
The official report is that Mario Lague died in an accident when his motor cycle collided with a sports utility vehicle (SUV) while he was travelling to work at Opposition leader Michael Ignatief's office on the morning of August 11, 2010.
A fatal accident between a man who, like Mario Lague, is known to ride his motorcycle to work and a larger heavier vehicle such as a SUV is relatively easy to arrange and although not guaranteed to cause a fatality, it would, almost certainly, result in injuries requiring medical treatment if they were not fatal. A hospital is a very easy location to complete the assassination of a victim because people very often die from "complications arising from surgery" .
The key to any murder case is motive.
Who would have a motive to murder Mario Lague?
We suggest that the persons who had a motive to murder Mario Lague are the same persons who had a motive to murder one or more of the other 14 Water War Crimes insiders.
