Provincial Court Judge Justine Saunders
Nanaimo - British Columbia
We believe Provincial Court Judge Justine Saunders (shown in photo third from left in front row) is a crooked judge for the following reasons:
1. When asked for permission to file an affidavit that proved a government lawyer connected to the case against him had broken the criminal laws of Canada including the crime of obstruction of justice, Judge Saunders refused permission to file it.
2. When asked for permission to proceed with a motion to enter a stay of proceeding in the Provincial Court due to violations of civil rights and blatant bias by the judges of the court one of whom was an alleged pedophile, Judge Saunders refused that permission.
3. When Judge Saunders was referred to Section 65 of the Canada Pension Plan Act which clearly prohibited what she was doing and advised that what she was being asked to do was a violation of both the Canada Pension Plan Act and the Criminal Code of Canada she proceeded to do it - nonetheless.
4. We received an e-mail from a lady in Nanaimo, where Justine Saunders plies her trade, who had experienced problems with Justice Saunders. The lady asked us to keep her identity secret for fear of retaliation and we are respecting that request.
When Mr. Carten asked for permission to call a witness to give evidence that would assist him, Mrs. Saunders refused to allow him to call the witness.
Mrs. Saunders is a white, immigrant, English speaking woman from South Africa. She grew up in a regime that abused the native populations of Africa and her conduct on the bench in Canada is indicative of why the black native population of South Africa found the white colonial rulers so odious and explains why she and her kind were chased out of Africa. Crooked Judge Rafe Hutchinson, now deceased, and John Horn, another Water Crimes insider, are two other white Southern Africans who came to Canada and abused their powers on the bench by ignoring Canadian laws.
Judge Saunders was appointed to her job on the bench by a politician. She is not elected and has no perceived independence and legitimacy in a case where the Ministry of the Attorney General engaged in blatant case fixing.
Judge Saunders was also earning about $250,000 a year as a judge for the Provincial Government of British Columbia where is a most lawyers made under $150,000 per year so what she had a financial reason not to rock the boat at the Provincial Court where a group of her colleagues could go to jail if their practices were further exposed.
Judge Saunders idea of what constitutes a fair trial are typically colonial. Like twelve dead judges before her, Judge Saunders thinks she is above the law.
Judge Saunders should be removed from the bench.

Saunders Appointed by Criminals
Judge Justine E. Van Der Bijl Saunders was appointed a judge of the Provincial Court on January 2, 1998 by Order in Council 1356 made December 8, 1997. This means her appointment was approved by Attorney General Ujjal Dosanjh, Deputy Attorney General Maureen Maloney and Assistant Deputy Attorney General Gillian Wallace who we responsible for the crimes of fraud perjury and obstruction of justice in the case of Sun Belt Water Inc and similar crimes in many other cases.
