WHY WAS MARC NADON NONIMATED TO THE SUPREME COURT OF CANADA?
A nomination review hearing will take place October 2, 2013, in Ottawa.
The Federal Court of Appeal is a major unresolved crime scene.
The alleged murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson remains unsolved. The killers have not been brought to justice. The murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson is claimed to be directly connected to her participation in a corrupt legal decision that blocked the fundamental fight of access to justice and protected criminals in high places. That decision was later affirmed by Justice Nadon and two other judges of the Federal Court of Appeal .

By his participation in that later decision, Justice Nadon becomes a suspect what appears to have been a corrupt strategy to use the Courts of Canada to protect high level criminals one of whom is alleged to be Supreme Court of Canada Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin. (shown in photo on right)

Justice Nadon may be entirely innocent but the optics are not good.
So, why is Prime Minister Harper nominating Marc Nadon to the Supreme Court of Canada?
If Marc Nadon is a "good guy", then, he fully co-operated with the investigation into the death of Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson, provided some very useful evidence and is being rewarded for his extraordinary service to the state. If this is the case, the Editors applaud both Justice Nadon and Prime Minister Harper.
We like to assume that our Prime Minister acts from honourable motives.
However, it is possible that Marc Nadon is a "bad guy", was a willing participant in the strategy that led to the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson and he is being rewarded or, he knows too much, and is being bought off so will keep his mouth shut. If this is the case, then we denounce both Justice Nadon and Prime Minister Harper.
At this time, the reader will have to wait and watch until the truth comes out, as it always does.

The report that Mr. Letta's government was in a precarious position before he left for Canada lends credence to the Editors opinion that there was something very important about the Italian leader's private top secret meeting in Canada which, in turn, suggests the crisis after the meeting had something to do with what was discussed between Prime Minister Harper and Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta.
In the Editors opinion, the top level meeting between Prime Minister Harper and Italian Prime Minister Enrico Letta included a discussion of political corruption involving Queen Elizabeth (shown in centre photo) and former Pope Benedict (shown in photo on right) and the murder of Canadian Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson who was murdered in June 2012 as part of a high level cover up.
