Colin Millar is an employee of Themis Program Management and Consulting Ltd. a wholly owned subsidiary of the giant international corporation Maximus Inc. a company that violates the fundamental human rights and freedoms of thousands of Canadians and that will be bankrupt if the Water War Crimes lawsuit is permitted to proceed to court. Indeed, if the case is permitted to proceed some of the directors may be indicted for serious criminal offences that will come ot light.
Documents recently filed in the Provincial Court of British Columbia have now revealed that Colin Miller, of Victoria, British Columbia, has been a key player in the management of the strategy employed by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia against Mr. Carten.
If the Water War Crimes lawsuit is permitted to proceed to court, Colin Millar will be bankrupt, also, and he may be put in jail for encouraging Themis employees Nola Silzer, Brent Hird and Joanne Platt to engage in what could fairly be described as criminal activity including case rigging, obstruction of justice, fraud and perjury.
