Dr. Stephen Kline, Medical Ethics
The Psycho Legal Mafia & The Wacko Quacko
Steve Kline - A Doctor With Questionable Ethics
When British Columbia lawyer John Carten applied to re-enter the Law Society of British Columbia in 2005, the Law Society hired Vancouver lawyer Heman Van Ommen who has a well earned reputation for dirty tricks against lawyers who are blowing the whistle on crooked lawyers or judges.
Herman Van Ommen had, by that time, been a player in the ruination of the careers of several honest lawyers in British Columbia including Jack Cram and Karl Eisbrenner both of whom encountered serious corruption in the British Columbia courts.

The crooked Van Ommen immediately sent Dr. Stephen Kline a binder with copies of approximately twenty (20) letters written by Mr. Carten to the authorities in Canada setting out allegations of apparent judicial manipulation in Canada and accused several members of the judiciary of manipulating the outcome of cases in order to benefit political interests and requested an investigation of their conduct. This is the duty of every lawyer who encounters evidence of judicial misconduct.
Dr. Kline, a so-called psychiatrist working at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver reported to Mr. Van Ommen that he read material in the binder and, based on what he read, "Mr. Carten may be suffering from an unrecognized, untreated, major mental disorder".
This was not a medical opinion. It was a litigation tactic. Steven Kline crossed the line from legitimate medicine to character assassination and, in our opinion, into criminal activity which included obstruction of justice and fraud.
The opinion of Dr. Kline was meaningless, in one sense, because the same could be said about everyone on the planet because everyone MAY be suffering from an unrecognized major mental disorder.
However, the letter was obviously a first step in the devious "strategy of character assassination by psychiatry" (or worse), intended to corral Mr. Carten into the hands of a crooked psychiatrist who would discredit him or forcibly treat him with anti-psychotic drugs so he could thereafter be labelled as a "delusional" or murdered in circumstances made to look like a suicide.
This is the depth of depravity the Law Society of British Columbia and its agents have descended to in the new millennium.
Mr. Van Ommen sent the letter to Mr. Carten and advised him that if he wished to re-enter the Law Society, where he practiced without difficulty for 22 years until he encountered judicial corruption, he would have to be assessed by a psychiatrist to be selected by the Law Society.
Recognizing the letter as a legal tactic, Mr. Carten immediately visited a drop in clinic in Vancouver, where he was then living.
When the doctor at the clinic asked what he could do for him, he handed the doctor the letter and said:
" Check me out - do I have a major mental disorder?"
The doctor said:
"This isn't a medical thing, it is a legal thing. They have their psychiatrist and you will have to get your own psychiatrist for some kind of hearing"
Mr. Carten said:
"Oh, I know it's a legal thing. But I want you to check out the medical side to this. Do I have a major mental disorder or not?"
The doctor said:
"I can't tell you that, this is a drop-in clinic. It would take me a whole afternoon to assess you. I don't have the time".
Mr. Carten replied:
"You have answered my question doctor, thank you"
The point of visiting the clinic was to prove that Dr. Kline was acting improperly.
So you be the judge?
Was Dr. Kline giving a real medical opinion or was he merely a pawn on the dirty legal strategy adopted by Mr. Van Ommen as agent of the Law Society of British Columbia and McCarthy Tetrault?
A prominent Vancouver psychiatrist advised: "This is highly improper. A doctor can't give a medical opinion without assessing you, personally, or reviewing your full medical file. All this guy had was a few letters".
Mr. Carten's family doctor, an immigrant from Russia, explained that the process of a psychiatric assessment was very dangerous and had been a weapon used by the Communist government in Russia against its people. He further advised that Canada was acting like a Communist State and advised Mr. Carten to avoid the process.
A leading forensic psychiatrist, in Vancouver, advised that the process intended by the Law Society was not scientifically valid.
We think Dr. Kline was in breach of the Code of Ethics published by the Canadian Medical Association.

Twelve Dead Judges Don't Lie

Dr. Steve Kline
Throughout the modern world, unethical psychiatrists have proven to be willing agents of dictatorial governments attempting to stifle political dissent or discredit whistle-blowers.
The situation is no different in Canada and its western most province of British Columbia. There are many books written on the subject. Canadian psychiatry was used in the 1960's to carry out brainwashing experiments for the CIA because American psychiatrists were not permitted to engage ins such practices. When the wife of former Canadian Prime Minister, Pierre Trudeau, allegedly, suffered a mental breakdown she was sent to the clinic in Montreal where those experiments had been carried out and claims in recent media interviews that she has no memory of some events. The obvious conclusion is that Trudeau and the Canadian Government were washing some secrets out of his Mrs. Trudeau's mind before they would allow her her freedom.
In British Columbia, the most powerful government ministry is the Ministry of the Attorney General where the former Assistant Deputy Minister, Robert Gillen, was a director of Forensic Psychiatric Services Commission of British Columbia giving the Attorney General a direct linkage to psychiatrists who assess political prisoners or whistle-blowers who are often picked up by the police on trumped up charges and sent for assessments as part of a carefully crafted government policy to stifle dissent and cover up crimes by insiders.
Once inside a psychiatric assessment facility, the accused patient/whistle-blower/ lawyer/ political prisoner can be forcibly treated with a host of psychotropic agents that can have devastating immediate or long lasting effects. In short, they can and sometimes do kill people by administering certain drugs.
In our opinion, Dr. Kline crossed the line and became party to a criminal conspiracy, as sub agent for the Law Society of British Columbia or McCarthy Tetrault to cover up the Water War Crimes carried out by political, legal, judicial and business insiders with close links to the Governments of Canada and British Columbia.
Dr. Stephen Alan Kline received a medical degree, in 1969, from the University of Alberta. He is licensed to practice psychiatry in British Columbia and is employed by the Department of Psychiatry at St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver.
Dr. Stephen Alan Kline is a Defendant in Federal Court of Canada Action No. T-95-08 and although there allegations are made about him in affidavits in the court file he has not filed a single affidavit denying the truth of the allegation.

Canada's Psycho - Legal Mafia Destroys Honest Lawyers
When British Columbia lawyer, Jack Cram, blew the whistle on judicial corruption in British Columbia he was summarily arrested, thrown into a psychiatric ward, forcibly medicated, labelled "delusional" (by a member of Vancouver's psychiatric community working for the Law Society of British Columbia and suspended from practicing law although he had done no wrong, except to speak the truth. Mr. Cram has since moved to Nova Scotia and has never returned to active law practice.

When British Columbia lawyer, Karl Eisbrenner, blew the whistle on judicial corruption in British Columbia, he was labelled "delusional" (by a member of Vancouver's psychiatric community working for the Law Society of British Columbia and disbarred. The process was bizarre. No member of the public had filed a complaint against Mr. Eisbrenner. The complaint was filed by a lawyer who was losing to Mr. Eisbrenner's clients on a political corruption case linked to Premier Campbell.
The psychiatric report against Eisbrenner was obviously a fraud.
The psychiatrist, Dr. Jeannette Smith, of Vancouver, wrote that Eisbrenner was "delusional" and that his "delusion" was specific to the law case he was working on. Under cross examination by Mr. Eisbrenner, Dr. Smith admitted she had not examined the evidence or any of legal arguments in the court file. The thrust of Dr. Smiths opinion was that Mr. Eisbrenner must be "delusional" because a judge cannot deliberately lie. Although Mr. Eisbrenner was cheated of his career (and, arguably, his life ) by Dr. Smith's fraud, he never held any animosity towards her and expressed the opinion that she had no choice because she had been threatened by crooked insiders in the legal and judicial establishment / mafia in British Columbia.
Mr. Eisbrenner, a brilliant lawyer, with a Masters Degree in both philosophy and theology from Regent's College at Oxford University, and, in law, from the University of Alberta, a man who had done no wrong -except to speak the truth about political and judicial corruption, a man who was already weakened by an prior auto mobile accident, was viciously attacked by a group of legally educated gangsters protecting political friends and judicial crooks. Unable to practice the profession he had devoted his life to and reduced to living on welfare, Mr. Eisbrenner grew dispirited and died, a broken man, a few years later.

When British Columbia lawyer, John Carten, blew the whistle on judicial corruption in British Columbia, a Psycho Legal Mafia hit squad, consisting of Dr. Stephen Kline and Vancouver lawyers Herman Van Ommen and Henry Wood acting as agents for the Law Society of British Columbia and probably McCarthy Tetrault attempted to use the same strategy they had used with great success against Mr. Cram and Mr. Eisbrenner.
Fortunately, Mr. Carten had met Mr. Cram and Mr. Eisbrenner, discussed their cases with them and recognized the fraudulent strategy of the Law Society for what it was.
Instead of falling victim to a devious trap, Mr. Carten decided to publish the information about the legal and judicial mafia over the internet, initiated two lawsuits, including the massive legal and judicial corruption lawsuit in Canada's Federal Court, and set up this web site.
Over the next months, twelve of the crooked judges had deviously abused their powers and authorities and tried to harm Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs, the woman who had assisted him, dropped dead, while many others suddenly resigned from office.

Vancouver Lawyer Henry Wood
&
Canada's Psycho Legal Mafia
When McCarthy Tetrault law partner, Herman Van Ommen was exposed to have had a conflict of interest, the Law Society of British Columbia hired Vancouver lawyer, Henry Wood, shown right, to oppose the re-entry of Mr. Carten to the ranks of practicing lawyers in British Columbia.
Henry Wood continued the Law Society's fraudulent strategy of attempting to coerce Mr. Carten to undergo a psychiatric assessment by one of their psycho legal mafia members and refused reasonable requests that the psychiatric assessment be carried out by a psychiatrist from outside British Columbia where he or she would be free from government threats and intimidation.
Henry Wood recently spearheaded the Law Society attack on retired lawyer Anthony Jasich, age 85,who was donating his time to assist victims of a mortgage fraud carried out, in part, by members of the Law Society of British Columbia.
Click here to go to summary of Law Society proceeding against Mr. Anthony Jasich
Mr. Wood's undergraduate studies were at Glendon College, Toronto, followed by law at Osgoode Hall Law School, also in Toronto. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1975, and has like Mr. Carten, practiced as general litigation counsel.
He was at one time retained as a Special Prosecutor for the Canadian Federal government and the British Columbia Attorney General in cases involving commercial crime and fraud.
He is frequently retained by Law Society of British Columbia, the governing body of the legal profession in British Columbia.
Henry Wood was rewarded with the honourary appointment of Queen's Counsel in 2009 by British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell.
Several years ago, Mr. Wood was reported to be acting for unnamed financial interests acquiring land in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley which is a surprising development for a litigation counsel and some suggest he was laundering dirty money.
Mr. Wood is also reported to be a collector of knives.

Premier Campbell, the Psycho Legal Mafia
And
Dr. Maelor Vallance
Early into his first term in office, Premier, Gordon Campbell inserted a government psychiatrist into the operations of the Law Society of British Columbia, when on July 22, 2002, by direct government order, Dr. Maelor Vallance, a Vancouver area psychiatrist, was appointed a director (bencher) of the Law Society of British Columbia.
A few months later, in November, 2002, Mr. Eisbrenner was artfully suspended by a panel of directors (benchers) of the Law Society of British Columbia through the use of what can be fairly described as a "fraudulent" psychiatric report. Mr. Eisbrenner was later disbarred as a result of that report.
Although the report was not written by Dr. Vallance, one has to question whether he played a role in its use to destroy Mr. Eisbrenner who was acting on a lawsuit that threatened to expose criminal misconduct linked to a member of Premier Campbell's government. The psychiatric report stated that Mr. Eisbrenner was "delusional" and that his "delusion" was specific to the case he was working on but the psychiatrist who wrote the report, Dr. Smith, admitted she had not checked the facts.
In short, the alegation Mr. Eisbrenner was delusional was a fabrication and, in our opinion, the people that conspired to fabricate the opinion should be charged with fraud and obstruction of justice.
In 2005, when Mr. Carten applied to re-enter the Law Society, Dr. Maelor Vallance was a member of the Credentials Committee and Mr. Carten's application was blocked by a Credentials Committee demand that he undergo a psychiatric assessment. In a curious co-incidence that suggests a conspiracy, the Law Society of British Columbia hired Dr. Stephen Kline, who worked at the same clinic as Dr. Vallance, to begin the strategy of character assassination by psychiatry.
Dr. Maellor Vallance has a long career history of working for various government agencies and institutions in British Columbia. He regularly testifies against average citizens on behalf of the government owned motor vehicle insurance company in British Colubmia. Dr. Maelor Vallance was paid $114,063 in 2004; $110,025 in 2005; and $142,200 in 2006; $120,080 in 2007 and $140,575 in 2008 by the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia to asssit it to attempt to defeat claims of injured persons.
After we published this material about Dr. Vallance we were contacted by other people in British Columba who had bad experiences with Dr. Vallance.
If you have any information that confirms or corroborates our suspicion that Dr. Maellor Vallance is a psychiatric hit man who uses his skills to harm people, instead of helping people as he should be doing, then please send it to us.
