Justice David Vickers - Deceased November, 2009
When Canada's Governments, in Ottawa and British Columbia, needed a dirty judge to carry out an attack on Sun Belt Water Inc. lawyer John Carten it called on Justice David Vickers of the Supreme Court of British Columbia to carry out stage one of the attack.
Vickers was closely connected to the criminal gang inside the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia due to his past position as Deputy Attorney General under the NDP regime of socialist Premier David Barrett. Barrett, of Jewish ethnicity despite an Irish name and although a supposedly a populist socialist, did precious little to dig into the obvious corruption that had taken place in the Attorney General's ministry prior to his assuming office. Perhaps David Vickers was the blockage because in Canada the deputies run the departments and Barrett could not be faulted if his lawyers, Vickers and others, bamboozled him. The legal mafia that operates inside Canada's governments frequently lies to politicians.
Although he was a previously connected to the NDP government, David Vickers had been appointed a justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 1991 by the Progressive Conservative Government of Brian Mulroney. This means he played both sides of the political fence and could be relied upon to work for the mafia entrenched in Ottawa as well as in Victoria.
Vickers was assigned to a pre trial conference in respect of Mr. Carten's upcoming Supreme Court hearing where the court was going to divide family assets and make an order for child support. Vickers job for the judicial mafia was to carry out an assessment of Mr. Carten's financial situation so that the powers inside government could assess best how to destroy him at his upcoming hearing.

Was Justice David Vickers Murdered?
Officially David Vickers died of cancer in November 2009. Allegedly, he was diagnosed with cancer in July 2009. So, officially it looks like a natural cause of death.
However, there is reasons to suspect that he was murdered.
1. There was motive for murder. Vickers was clearly a part of the agenda to attack Mr. Carten. He knew who he took orders from and he knew it was connected to the Water War Crimes. in short he knew too much.
2. There are several known methods of inducing cancer so that an ensuing death appears from natural causes.
3. Vickers was diagnosed with cancer in about July, 2009, when the Water War Crimes were coming under increased scrutiny due to the lawsuit in the Federal Court that had progressed to the Federal Court of Appeal on a procedural issue. In short, people inside the administration of justice, at the highest levels, were alert to the involvement of David Vickers in the Water War Crimes.
4. British Columbia Chief Judge Stansfield had died from "instant" cancer on May 7, 2009 and, although the Canada's media and others had covered up his crimes, there is no doubt Stansfield's sudden death as predicted by Mr. Carten in his private April 20 e-mail had sent shock waves through the judicial hierarchy in British Columbia and elsewhere as was corroborated by the sudden resignation of Chief Justice Donald Brenner in June 2009.
5. Justice John Bouck was diagnosed with cancer at about the same time and died in January 2010. Three deaths by cancer by three judges all of whom were all in a position to blow the whistle on corruption related to the Water War Crimes is a startling co-incidence. As stated above and elsewhere, we don't for a minute believe the nonsense that Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield dropped dead from cancer on May 7, 2009 when he was in robust health at a public conference on April 25, 2009. In our opinion, given the allegations against him the only reasonable conclusion is that Stansfield was either murdered or committed suicide. The reader should read the full facts and ponder the simultaneous announcements of the resignations of CSIS Director, Jim Judd, and Clerk of the Privy Councillor, Kevin Lynch.
6. The sheer number of judges (9) and other insiders who dropped dead since 2006 (at least 3) and who were linked to the Water War Crimes suggests that the David Vickers was murdered in order to silence him.
