No. 1. This is the first Letter to Commissioner Elliott sent to Commissioner Elliott by registered mail on September 5, 2007 requesting an investigation of the crimes that have since referred to as the Water War Crimes.
At the time, we did not realize that Elliott had a conflict of interest due to his previous position as assistant to the Deputy Prime Minister of Canada during the tenure of Prime Minister Brian Mulroney.
we eh and putting the whole file squarely on his desk. Elliott never responded to this letter and three hundred (300) pages of dcoumentary proof enclosed. The death toll in the Water War Crimes was three (3).
No. 2. This is the second Letter to Commissioner Elliott by registered mail on March 11, 2006, shordlty before the sudden and mysterious death of Mr. Justice Ralph Hutchinson on March 21, 2008, and shortly after the mysterious sudden deahts of Justice Robert Edwards, retired Chief Justice of Canada Antonio Lamer and retired Chief Justice of British Columbia, Allan McEachern, all of whom were players in the Water War Crimes. The death toll was now at five (5) judges involved in the Water War Crimes. Hutchinson became dead judge number 6.
The following letter from RCMP Inspector Bent is Elliott's pathetic defense for doing nothing.
No. 3. This is the third letter to Commissioner Elliott - This letter debunks the letter of Inspector Bent as nonsense and requests Commissioner Elliott to do his job and investigate the Water War Crimes. The issue of judicial murder is seriously raised and ignored by Elliott.
The following is a copy of letter to Ottawa City Police sent to Elliott with Aug 11, 2008 letter (above). The letter was a helpful effort to assist the Ottawa City Police who were clueless about who murdered Judge Garon and his wife and who issued a public appeal for assistance.
No. 4. This is the fourth Letter to RCMP Commissioner Elliott Requesting a Competent Investigation of Crimes By Attorney General of BC.
No reply was ever received.
So what is going on here. We send documents to the police pretty well proving several major crimes were carried out by senior staff with the Government. Nine judges connected to the case have died some very suddenly. Four other key witnesses suddenly die. There is all kinds of wrongdoing going on and Commissioner Elliott does nothing.
Is this co-incidental or was Commissioner Elliott one of the criminal insiders when he worked for Deputy Prime Minister Don Mazankowski?
Or, is Commissioner Elliott taking instructions from the Minister in charge of the RCMP to delay stall and do nothing because too many "friends of government" were involved?
You be the judge!

Commissioner Elliott did not respond and on, February 25, 2009, Water War Crimes insider, Jack Ebbels, mysteriously dropped dead from an alleged sudden heart attack while skiing in Alberta. Due to his high level position in the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia that had been infiltrated by Canadian Department of Justice agent, Gillian Wallace, and led by the crooked Deputy Minister, Robert Edwards, Jack Ebbels was in a position to explain what role Elliott may have played in the Water War Crimes when he worked for Canada's Deputy Prime Minister Don Mazankowski.
Jack Ebbels was death number 12 in the Grave Yard of the Guilty that now has over 20 buried bodies whose voices have been mysteriously silenced.
