Attorney Generals for British Columbia
Legal Counsel for a Criminal Organization
With the exception of the happy looking fellow on the extreme right of the picture, Mr. Garde Gardom, and Messers Bud Smith and Ujjal Dosanjh, who are missing, this group of gentlemen represents the various Attorney Generals who held office in British Columbia when the WaterWarCrimes were set in motion and carried forward to the present day when, under the Attorney General, Mike De Jong (the fellow with the tan pants in the centre of the picture), lawyers for the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General have been caught, again, suppressing the truth in legal proceedings, as they often do. All of these people, including the two missing fellows but not, to our knowledge, Mr. Gardom, bear some responsibility for the corruption carried out by their subordinates - many of whom were rewarded with positions on the bench for corrupt services rendered.
From left to right they are: Russ Fraser, Brian Smith, Wally Oppal, Andrew Petter, Mike De Jong, Colin Gabelman, Graeme Bowbrick, and Garde Gardom.
The Ministry of the Attorney General for
British Columbia
The Ministry of the Attorney General in British Columbia has been the centre of some serious corruption relating to the bulk water exports. This is the Ministry charged with the high duty of insuring that the politicians and the bureaucrats follow the law. The Attorney General is the Minister in charge. Most often he is a lawyer but not always.
In the American system of government, at the state level which is like the provincial level in Canada, the Attorney General is elected at large by the population. In this way, he or she can keep a watchful eye on the Governor and his office, the bureaucrats and the legislators.
In Canada's parliamentary system of government, the Attorney General is appointed by the Premier who is the leader of the party that has the most members elected to the legislature. In this way, the Premier can tell the Attorney General what to do because it takes a very strong man or woman to stand up to the power of a premier.
The WaterWarCrimes were set in motion commencing in 1985-86 and continue through to this very day with the most recent attempts being the attack on Mr. Carten in the Provincial Court system by various judges and lawyers connected to the Attorney General.
