Premier Rita Johnston and the Water War Crimes
Rita Margaret Johnston became Canada’s first woman premier of any Canadian province in 1991 when she succeeded Premier Bill Vander Zalm who was forced from office by scandal. Ms. Johnston is regarded as a puppet of other powers.
Although her term in office was brief, under her leadership the Government of British Columbia continued the illegal restrictions on fresh water exports and the violations of the Canada US Free Trade Free Trade Agreement and the GATT, perpetuated the effective monopoly in favour of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. created by the previous regimes again in an apparent violation of the US Sherman Anti Trust legislation carried out by the government of British Columbia.
The Government of British Columbia continued the fraud hoisted on the people of Canada that the moratorium on bulk water exports was an environmental measure when, in fact, it was part of a business strategy intended to favour "friends of the government".
Premier Johnson’s government was defeated in the 1991 general election and she retired from political life.
