Is Pierre Blais afraid of the murderer stalking Federal Court judges in Ottawa?
Late last week, it was revealed that Chief Justice Pierre Blais had quietly resigned his position on June 23, 2014 at the same time that his colleague Federal Courts Martial Appeal Court Chief Justice and sometimes Federal Court Justice Edmund Blanchard (shown in photo on right) was dying from "sudden onset cancer" just like Carolyn Layden-Stevenson (shown in photo immediately left of Blanchard) died from "sudden onset cancer" in June 2012.

Federal Court of Appeal Chief Justices earn $315,000 per year and must retire at age 75. Many judges remain in the post until their 75 birthday but Pierre Blais, apparently in good health, retired at the relatively young age of 66 - nine years before his mandatory retirement.
Intelligence analysts report that Chief Justice Blais retired early because he is afraid that he will become the next victim of "sudden onset cancer" that appears to have been the weapon being used to murder his colleagues Carolyn on June 27, 2012 and Edmund on June 27, 2014

However, retirement may not save Pierre Blais because, based on the history of this case, many of those involved in the Water War Crimes and their cover up are hunted down and executed even after they retire such as James Flaherty Canada's former finance minister who was part of the cover up, retired in March 2014 and was dead less than a month later.
If you the reader know and love Pierre Blais then we encourage you to advise him that his only hope of salvation is to make a full public confession before he is murdered by the insiders.
