Mr. Justice Sal Lovecchio
and the
Water War Crimes
Liz Lovecchio on left is Sal's wife
Mr. Sal Lovecchio is a justice/or judge of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench. He is paid $232,000 per year to do his job properly.
We could not find a picture of Sal Lovecchio online so we are posting a picture of his wife having a conversation with Alberta judge Carole Conrad
We think Sal Lovecchio is a crook and should be put in jail. We don't have any information about his wife.
Prior to becoming a judge, Mr. Lovecchio was a law former partner with the blue ribbon law firm of Bennett Jones, headquartered in Calgary, Canada's oil capital.

Mr. Lovecchio was made a judge of the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench by Prime Minister Jean Chretien.

We think that Sal Lovecchio is a crooked judge and a part of the Canadian judicial mafia and we will tell you why and you can be the judge.
Ms. Gibbs had moved to Alberta and was involved in litigation in the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench which is the equivalent level to the British Columbia Supreme Court.
One day, Ms. Gibbs got a Court Order that the other side in the litigation owed her $10,600.00.
Due to what was probably an error, the lawyer for the opposing side, Mr. Robert Boyden, of Calgary, drew up the Order for filing in the court records but there was a mistake on it.
Mr Boyden wrote that his client owed Ms. Gibbs $10,060.00, instead of $10,600.00. He shorted Ms. Gibbs by $540.
When Ms. Gibbs saw the mistake, she applied to Court to rectify the error.
This is a very common and straight forwards procedure.
Sometimes Court Orders are typed up and there are errors on them. Sometimes those Orders are entered in Court records even though they are in error.
A judge who made the Order will always rectify the Order to reflect what he actually said. The only twist in this case was that the judge who had made the Order, Mr. Justice Virtue, had died and the application to rectify the Court Order was set down case before another judge. The death of Virtue was a omen of something sinister to follow.
In advance of the hearing to rectify the Order, Ms. Gibbs filed with the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench, a copy of the transcript where Mr. Justice Virtue had stated the debt owing was $10,600.00 a copy of the notes of the Court Clerk where the clerk had recorded the judge saying the debt owing was $10,600,00 and a copy of the affidavit evidence used in the proceeding showing that the debt was $10,600.00.
In 100% of cases, except in the case of Ms. Gibbs, this is sufficient evidence to persuade a judge that a mistake was made and the Order should be amended to correct the error.
When the hearing came on in general chambers, Ms. Gibbs was told to go to another courtroom where Mr. Justice Sal Lovecchio was presiding as she left for the other courtroom a group of lawyers sitting in the courtroom got up and followed her. This event, in itself, suggests the case was a set up by insiders and the lawyers were alerted to follow the case so they could watch to Justice Lovecchio abuse his position and screw a private citizen.
When the case was called before Mr. Justice Sal Lovecchio, Ms. Gibbs presented all the evidence to show that the Order was an error and that it should read $10,600 and not $10,060.
The opposing lawyer Mr. Robert Boyden did the proper thing and advised hte court that his client took no position - meaning he did not oppose the application by Ms. Gibbs to fix the mistake.
According to the law, according to the rules of court and according to general business practice in the court of Canada, Mr. Justice Sal Lovecchio should have said, “OK, order rectified to reflect what actually took place in court”.
Instead, Mr. Justice Sal Lovecchio smirked and said “No, I won't do it. Your application is dismissed”.
Although provoked, Ms. Gibbs did exhibit anger.
Although provoked, Mr. Gibbs did not give Justice Lovecchio a hard time.
Although provoked, Ms. Gibbs quietly packed up her papers and left the court and the lawyers at the back of the courtroom smiled and nudged each other with their elbows and Mr. Justice Lovecchio sat and fumed that he was unable to succeed in provoking Ms. Gibbs who was too intelligent to be drawn into his childish game plan. (See "The Tactics of Provocation" set out below).
So, we think Justice Sal Lovecchio deliberately cheated Karen Gibbs of $540.00 that morning because he was instructed to do so by members of the legal / judicial mafia that operates in Canada and that wanted to cause more financial harm to Ms. Gibbs because she was a friend and colleague of Mr. Carten, who, as legal counsel for Sun Belt Water Inc., had been exposing their crimes to the light of day.
The Canadian Judicial Council were asked to investigate Justice Lovecchio over this clear breach of his judicial oath of office but refused and Justice Lovecchio continues to sit as a judge on the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench.

The Judicial Mafia and the Tactics of Provocation
The Tactics of Provocation
The Judicial Mafia often uses provocation as a tactic to enable them to put someone in jail.
When British Columbia judge Ross Lander provoked Mr. Carten by refusing to apply the law and telling Mr. Carten to shut up or he would go to jail.
Mr. Carten wisely left the courtroom and reported to the Canadian Judicial Council that Ross Lander was a lunatic.
When Judge Callaghan in Vancouver had provoked lawyer Jack Cram a few years earlier. Jack Cram reacted to the provocation and was put in jail for several hours.
When bully boy Lovecchio was bullying Karen Gibbs from his protected position on the bench in Calgary, Karen Gibbs ignored his provocation and left a low life scumbag fuming on the bench.

OTHER DIRTY ALBERTA JUDGES
Two other Alberta judges who we believe should be put in jail are Barbara Romaine (show in in photo on left) and Adele Kent (show in in photo on right).
