Paul Martin Wanted To Be Prime Minister
Former Prime Minister Paul Martin
Paul Martin wanted to be the Prime Minister of Canada and he knew about the WaterWarCrimes in December 2003 when he took over the office and he was gone by February 2006. What happened to Paul Martin should be a lesson for the arrogant.
Paul Martin recruited three individials, from British Columbia, to join his cabinet that were participants in the WaterWarCrimes, although not necessarily criminals. These individuals were David Emerson, Stephen Owen and Ujjal Dosanjh.
Paul Martin also hired lawyer Tim Murphy, from the large national law firm of McCarthy Tetrualt to be his Chief of Staff. McCarthy Tetrualt had assisted to complete an insider trading scheme involving the share of W. C .W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. in September 1989.
Sun Belt Water Inc. and its legal counsel wrote to Prime Minister Paul Martin to ask him to resolve the long outstanding claim of Sun Belt Water Inc. that Mr. Chretien would not resolve but, in their arrogance, Paul Martin and his colleagues played political games and ignored their obligation to resolve a legitimate grievance under the provisions of the NAFTA.
The letter of Sun Belt Water CEO, Jack Lindsey, to Prime Minister Paul Martin dated September 2, 2004, can be found online at http://www.sunbeltwater.com/images/pmletter.pdf
Mr. Martin and his colleagues ignored the genuine offer of Sun Belt Water Inc. and played the game that lawyers often play - delay, delay, and delay, exhaust the resources of the weak and the seemingly powerless, but they were toppled from power because of their arrogance, ignorance and insolence. As Ministers of the Crown they had an obligation to do justice, they did injustice, and paid the price.

The Cowardly Paul Martin Ran Out The Back Door
The Grand Hotel In Kelowna
To show Canadians how much a man of the people he was, Paul Martin held the first ever federal cabinet meeting in British Columbia during the first week of September 2005 at the Grand Hotel in Kelowna.
What Canadians did not see on their televisions was that while his cabinet members left by the front door of the cabinet meeting room where the media were waiting, the cowardly Paul Martin would not emerge because Karen Gibbs and John Carten were there also, waiting for him to discuss the obligation of the Government of Canada to resolve the claim of Sun Belt Water Inc. under the NAFTA.
Instead of coming out the front door like a man, the RCMP brought in sniffer dogs and led the trembling Paul Martin out of that cabinet room by the back door.
Paul Martin had proved he did not deserve to be Prime Minister and he needed to be destroyed.
Over the next few weeks, a package of documents was prepared that implicated Ujjal Dosanjh, Stephen Owen, and Anne McLellan in crimes of fraud, perjury and obstrucion of justice that were carried out by lawyers employed by the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia. The documentary proof was delivered to the RCMP and the Victoria City Police and a copy was hand delivered to Stephen Harper while he was leaving a Conservative Party organizing meeting in Vancouver on October 8, 2005. Mr. Harper was told "These documents could put Ujjal Dosanjh, Stephen Owen and, possibly, Anne McLellan in jail".
"These documents" are known as the "Second Police Report" and can be viewed online at
http://www.sunbeltwater.com/images/policereport2.pdf
Mr. Harper took the book of documents, returned to Ottawa, and, a few days later, a process unfolded whereby Conservative Party leader Stephen Harper, NDP leader Jack Layton, and Bloc Quebecois leader Gilles Duceppe came together, held a confidence vote, and toppled the Governnent of Paul Martin forcing a general election where Mr. Harper's Conservative Party managed to win power.
And, Paul Martin and his colleagues lost their chance to occupy the highest office in Canada because, like nine dead judges linked to one lawsuit in Canada's Federal Court, they did not understand one thing........... there is no power..., like the power ... of justice !
