Canada's Prime Minister Harper, Minister of Public Safety Vic Toews, Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, and Opposition Leader and Liberal Party Leader, Michael Ingantieff have been asked to remove RCMP Commissioner Elliott from his job due to conflict of interest allegations, failure to act do his duty and the resultant death of 12 Water War Crimes insiders.

Is RCMP Commissioner Elliott In A Conflict of Interest?
According to his online resume RCMP Commissioner Elliott was working in the offices of Don Mazankowski when Mr. Mazankowski was Deputy Prime Minister of Canada from 1988 to 1993.
This was exactly the time when the Water War Crimes were in high gear with secret illegal deals negotiated inside the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia and when Attorney General Brian Smith was awarded the post of Chairman of Canadian National Railway, when shares in W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd went to offshore accounts in London and the Cayman Islands, when the Government broke the law, when BC Deputy Attorney General Robert Edwards was rewarded with a position on the bench and much more....
In the past three years, two key lawyers who were inside the BC Ministry of the Attorney General's office at the time who knew about the crooked deal, Robert Edwards (Novmber 5, 2007) and Jack Ebbels (February 25, 2010) dropped dead from sudden unexpected heart attacks. On May 6, 2010, the former Clerk of the Privy Council, Glen Shortliffe, died from a sudden unexpected heart attack. Shortliffe was the man in the key position in Ottawa when the Water War Crimes were carried out in British Columbia under people who were rewarded with jobs by Canada's Federal Government.
Over the past three years since Prime Minister Harper appointed him to the job, documents have been provided to Commissioner Elliott and E Division Superindentant Gary Bass that are clear evidence of serious crimes by politicians and civil servants. The RCMP refuses to acknowledge these communications.
Hmmmmmmm, ... it looks like someone is murdering the witnesses and the RCMP is covering up crimes in high places.
Given his former position in Mr. Mazankowski's office, it is reasonable to ask if Commissioner Elliott is deliberately stalling an investigation of the Water War Crimes.

It is another one of those strange co-incidences that Brian Smith and Don Mazankowski are currently working at the mega Canadian law firm known as Gowlings.
