Bennett Jones Co-Incidence No. 1: Justice Sal Lovecchio
Call it co-incidence. Call it chance. Call it serendipity. But there seems to be a high number of people connected to the mega Calgary law firm of Bennett Jones that are connected to the WaterWarCrimes
The first and most obvious "bad guy" connected to Bennett Jones is Alberta Court of Queens Bench Justice Sal Lovecchio whose conduct in relation to a simple routine court application by Ms. Gibbs exposed him as an agent of some unidentified criminal.
Ms. Gibbs was applying to the court to rectify a typographical error in a Court Order that would have provided her with an additional credit of $540.00 owing to her, which is not a large sum for a crooked judge making a $200,000. plus salary, at taxpayers expense, but a significant sum to a single mother with three small children. The case was set in the general hearings courtroom at the Calgary Courthouse but, at the beginning of the hearing, the Court Clerk announced that the application of Ms. Gibbs would be heard in another courtroom. As she left for the other courtroom, several lawyers got up and followed her to that courtroom which was an interesting spectacle in itself suggesting that something was pre-planned and the lawyers were in on it.
The assigned judge was Mr. Lovecchio, who heard the application by Ms Gibbs who presented transcripts and clerks notes to support her position. Lovecchio asked the lawyer representing the opposing side what their position was, to which, Mr. Boyden, the lawyer who made the error, responded. "We take no position".
By all rules of law, legal practice, court rules and common decency, the application should have been granted, but, Justice Sal Lovecchio, with his $200,000 pals salary at taxpayers expense, arrogantly, smugly, and perversely stated he would not make the change.
Mr. Lovecchio proved he was no honourable gentleman that day and "on a balance of probabilities" proved he was a member of the "judicial mafia" and not the "Italian mafia" an organization that has more honour, decency and self-respect than to deliberately cheat and steal from a single mother of three children.
Nine judges who caused harm be rendering perverse verdicts in the WaterWarCimes files are dead. See the Graveyard of the Wicked Nine Dead Judges.
Will Mr. Justice Sal Lovecchio be dead judge number ten or eleven?
Or, will he make amends and balance his karma by confessing his crimes and blowing the whistle on whomsoever was instructing him that morning.

Bennett Jones Co-Incidence No. 2: Jean Chretien

Bennett Jones Co-Incidence No. 3: Justice John (Jack) Major
In March 2000, then Supreme Court of Canada Justice John Major traveled to Vancouver, British Columbia, and appeared on a propaganda panel with former BC Deputy Attorney General, Stephen Owen, and then Chief Justice of British Columbia, Allan McEachern. The function of the panel was to re-assure Canadians that the Canadian Judiciary was the best in the world and to re-assure British Colombians in the good health of their judiciary after the sudden and mysterious resignation of Supreme Court of British Columbia Chief Justice Bryan Williams after several complaints were filed about him in relation to the WaterWarCrimes.

Mr. Major has now resigned from the Supreme Court of Canada and is back working with his old law firm of Bennett Jones in Calgary, Alberta.
Mr. Major has been a highly valued political and judicial insider. He was hired by the Government of Canada to carry out the Air India Inquiry. It is expected that the Air India Inquiry will whitewash the allegations that the trial of the accused Air India Bomber was fixed because, although Major's mandate called for an investigation of the conduct of the trial, the trial judge who acquitted the accused Air India Bomber was not called to appear at the Inquiry and was not cross-examined to explain his judgment that contradicted the evidence presented in court. Case fixing by judges has been a common occurrence in the Vancouver law courts for decades.

On September 28, 2009, Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs appeared in the Canada's Federal Court of Appeal on the WaterWarCrimes lawsuit where one of the presiding justices was former Bennett Jones law partner, Michael Ryer. Mr. Ryer refused and found against Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs. Mr. Ryer ceased to be a judge of the Federal Court of Appeal on January 18, 2010, the same day Mr. Justice John Bouck died. Bennett Jones Co-Incidence No. 8: Peter Lougheed
Former Alberta Premier Peter Lougheed is an icon of Canadian Politics. He was Premier of Alberta from September, 1971 to November 1985.
He was Premier of Alberta when the Trudeau Liberal's looted the Alberta oil wealth.
Strangely, despite representing a province that exports vast amounts of oil and natural gas, both non renewable resources, to the United States, Mr. Lougheed has spoken out against the export of fresh water, a truly renewable resource, to the United States.
According to the Edmonton journal, in 2005, former Alberta premier Peter Lougheed pleaded that, "We should not export our freshwater -- we need it and we should conserve it. And we should communicate to the United States very quickly how firm we are about it."
http://www.canada.com/edmontonjournal/news/opinion/story.html?id=1502b462-b699-49c1-b846-bd5a93037662&p=1
Peter Lougheed is a Freemason and is reported to represent the Rockefeller money in Alberta.
We at WaterWarCrimes do not understand the hypocrisy of Mr. Lougheed but, then, we have witnessed partners at Bennett Jones engage in some very strange and bizarre conduct as it relates to the WaterWarCrimes issues.
The jury is out on Mr. Lougheed.
