JUSTICE HEATHER HOLMES CONTINUES CANADIAN GOVERNMENT ATTACK AGAINST MR. CARTEN AND HIS FAMILY INTO 2014 AND PROTECTS CRIMINAL GANG IN BRITISH COLUMBIA COURTS
We think Justice Heather Holmes (shown in photo on left) is a criminal.
She said she did not have any conflict of interest when she suddenly showed up on a court application on August 26, 2014 where Mr. Carten was asking for court records that would have proved criminal corruption by a gang of crooked Judges and lawyers in British Columbia.
Instead of following the law, Justice Heather Holmes twisted and perverted the law and refused to order the documents produced. (see legal discussion below for more particulars).
Heather Holmes was admitted to the legal profession in British Columbia in 1981 and she has proved a disgrace to that profession.
She began her practice with Shrum, Liddle and Hebenton (now McCarthy Tétrault a major player in the Water War Crimes. She never disclosed this when asked if she had any conflicts of interest.

Later, Heather Holmes spent four years with the Department of Justice in Ottawa, another major player in the Water War Crimes and returned to Vancouver to become Crown Counsel with the Commercial Crime Section of the Office of the Attorney General of British Columbia conducting commercial crime prosecutions and from time to time, appeals in general criminal law areas.
But when asked if she had a conflict of interest, the dishonest Justice Heather Holmes did not disclose that she worked under Justice Austin Cullen who was in that in charge of the Vancouver Crown Counsel Office before moving on to become the Deputy Minister of Criminal Prosecutions, from 1999 to 2001, when Justice Austin Cullen was part of the legal group that assisted Canadian Prime Minister Chretien remove Premier Glen Clark from office by an skillful criminal prosecution that knowledgeable observers say was a show trial that was fixed in advance when Glen Clark agreed not to disclose the evidence of that he had about Prime Minister Jean Chretien and the attempted looting of the water resource revenues of British Columbia.
Austin Cullen is now the Associate Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Both Austin Cullen and Heather Holmes were both appointed to the Supreme Court of British Columbia by Prime Minister Chretien and his gang on exactly the same day in 2001.
When asked if she had a conflict of interest by reason of her connections to any of the a parties involved in the Water War Crimes before the hearing commenced on August 26, 2014, the dishonest Justice Heather Holmes did not disclose that she worked in the same Crown Counsel Office as Suzanne Anton who is now the Attorney General for British Columbia.
Both of Austin Cullen and Suzanne Holmes were parties to the application Mr. Carten was making for full and frank of disclosure of court records controlled by Austin Cullen as Associate Chief Justice and Suzanne Anton, as Attorney General. The dishonest Justice Heather Holmes knew this and like a snake in the grass she lied to Mr. Carten and said she had no conflicts of interest due to past associations with any of the parties.
But Heather Holmes did not disclose her conflict of interest and, in our opinion, she outright lied at the outset of the hearing when she stated that she did not have any associations with any of the parties that would raise a conflict on interest.
At University of Toronto law school, Heather Holmes was on the dean's honour list for three years running, so she is no dummy which is why she was so embarrassed on August 28, 2014 when she protected the criminal gang operating inside the court system.

One of the parties to the hearing was Thomas Crabtree (shown in photo beside Chief Justice Hinkson) who is the Chief Judge of the Provincial Court.
Crabtree, through his lawyer Richard Margetts, refused to hand over documents that would probably prove that Judge John Lenaghan was a criminal who was sent to attempt to destroy Mr. Carten on November 5, 2013.
Thomas Crabtree is now under investigation for his role in the attack.
The Editors believe that the Grim Reaper (shown in photo on far right) is now coming for Heather Holme because she took an solemn oath before God to administer justice without favour to any person and she violated that oath, denied justice and favoured her friends and former working colleagues over Mr. Carten and his family that was attacked by a criminal gang operating inside the governments of Canada and British Columbia.

Most lawyers, law professors, law students and most of the public in Canada will tell you that the courts of law in Canada are public institutions and that whatever goes on in court and all court records except in the rarest of cases, like a sex victims personal history, is a matter of public record.
The principle of public access to court records has been upheld in law case after law case for about four hundred years, ever since the days of the Star Chamber.
However, when Mr. Carten made his application in court have disclosure made of copies of any court records and Attorney General records what would have proved the Governments of Canada and British Columbia gave secret instructions to the judges on various cases connected to the Water War Crimes and Mr. Carten, the dishonest Justice Heather Holmes decided against 400 years of common law legal history, protected the criminals inside the system and refused to make that order that should have been made.
The Supreme Court of Canada has many rulings supporting full disclosure of relevant documents.
Justice Holmes was advised of her duty to follow and apply the following cases but she broke her oath and refused.

a long line of cases shows that it is not merely of some importance but is of fundamental importance that justice should not only be done, but should manifestly and undoubtedly be seen to be done.
“Nothing is to be done which creates even a suspicion that there has been an improper interference with the course of justice.”

WILL JUSTICE HEATHER HOLMES BE MURDERED?
There is a good possibility that Justice Heather Holmes (shown in photo on left) will be murdered by the same crooked insiders in Canada's justice system that murdered Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson (shown in photo on right) of Canada's Federal Court of Appeal in June 2012.

Her body language was shouting "I am lying. What I am saying is not true".
Mr. Carten and a witness who he invited to the court to observe the proceeding both clearly observed her demeanour and it told them she was lying.
Experienced lawyers and police officers know that very few people can control their body language and that body language is a more reliable guide to whether or a not a person is telling the truth than the words that come out of their mouths. On August 28, 2014, Heather Holmes body language was consistent with dishonesty.
