The Role of the Chief Justice
In Canada, all judges are appointed by the State. There are no elected judges. In some cases, a person may be entitled to a jury. In civil cases, a person is not entitled to a jury if he or she is claiming against the Government.

Pedofile Judges, Judicial Corruption in Canada and the WaterWarCrimes
Some readers may find this subject unpleasant but the issues are extremely important because they explain how agents of organized crime, and other groups with a hidden agenda, are able to exert social control within Canada and British Columbia.
The phenomenon of child pedophilia is widespread in modern society and Canada is no exception, but, there are persistent reports of a higher incidence of pedophilia among the judiciary than other sectors of the population. This may have something to do with the french concept of "la deformiti professional", a psychological notion that each professions creates, over time, peculiar personality changes upon its members.
Regardless of the cause of the problem, a pedophile judge is extremely vulnerable to blackmail and improper influence by organized crime and others who wish to exert control over the judicial process including insiders with Government, at a Federal and Provincial level.
In the case of the crooked judges encountered in the WaterWarCrimes, at least two were reported to be pedophiles by child sexual abuse investigator Rob Nicholson. This information was corroborated with other sources including their involvement is cases related to pedophilia. The judges in question were Mr. Justice James Taylor of the Supreme Court of British Columbia and His Honour Judge Hugh Stansfield, Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia.
The credentials of Mr. Nicholson are impressive. He maintains one of the foremost child protection web sites in the world and he has been involved in many child rescues.

When Justice James Taylor and Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield attacked Mr. Carten and his family by perverse actions, Mr. Carten was dismayed. He had never done anything to harm either of these two people but they were clearly abusing their positions of power to try to cause him harm. Judge Stansfield and his legal assistant were especially determined to destroy him.
Accordingly, this information from Mr. Nicholson, along with other information that corroborated the criminal mis-conduct of Judge Taylor was given widespread publication among high level legal, police, and political authorities but it was kept private because of the nature of the allegations. Within weeks Justice James Taylor was dead from an "alleged heart attack" - said the newspaper report. The writer of the story on his death was clearly suggesting there could be another cause of death.
The death of Judge Hugh Campbell Stansfield, the Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia, was more problematic because the allegations he was involved in sexual abuse of children as young as six were never published but were contained in a series of e-mail communications between Mr. Carten and Mr. Nicholson that included a copy of the motor vehicle rental agreement that was signed by Chief Judge Stansfield. The witnesses reported that Judge Stansfield would rent a used "white van" to carry out his activities and, sure enough, the Rent a Wreck Dealer, in Kelowna, had a copies of those rental agreements with the judges signature on them.
What is very disturbing and frightening, is that, although senior officials with the Ministry of Justice in Ottawa, the Privy Council, CSIS, the RCMP and the Ministry of the Attorney General in Victoria, know exactly who those judges were and how they acted to harm innocent people, all of those government agencies involved have attempted to keep this information secret and to deny justice to the victims of those judges.
An interesting co-incidence is that Canada's top bureaucrat, the Clerk of the Privy Council, Kevin Lynch, and Jim Judd, the Director of Canada's Security and Intelligence Service, CSIS, announced they would be resigning at the same time as the conduct of Chief Judge Hugh Stansfield was coming to public attention. How long had Jim Judd and Kevin Lynch known that Mr. Stansfield was a sick man who needed treatment? Were they complicit in promoting him to the bench and then leaving him there as a useful tool? Jim Judd and CSIS are particularly suspect because Judd was of the opinion that MI-6, the English Intelligence Service, was an appropriate model for Canada and it is common knowledge, in the intelligence community, that MI-6 views pedophiles as useful tools rather than heinous criminals.
This posture by the Governments of Canada and British Columbia suggests complicity by high level insiders in those Governments with the appointment of pedophiles to the judiciary. As a mechanism to social control, the deliberate selection of a pedophile for judicial office is very cost effective because the insiders can easily blackmail the judge at very little expense.
What is more worrisome is the sudden deaths of these alleged pedophile judges. Why were they not arrested and brought to justice? Did they kill themselves? Were they granted the option of killing themselves? Were they murdered? Were they alerted that they were about to be exposed as pedophiles? Who alerted them? Why?
How many other pedophiles are secretly at work among Canada's politically appointed judiciary, fixing cases, railroading people, destroying families, and looting property.
These two pedophiles were only exposed or outed because a great deal of time and effort went into understanding the mechanisms behind the WaterWarCrimes. Without that time and effort, these two criminals would still be on the bench drawing fat salaries, railroading people, destroying families, and looting property.

Judicial Pedofilia A Symptom of a Larger Social Issue In British Columbia
Hiding behind a veneer of British respectability and Canadian smugness, British Columbia is, in reality, a very, very, sick society.
1. During the later 1990's, at a Pig Farm in Coquitlam, approximately 60 plus young women were slaughtered, butchered, fed to animals, ground up to make animal protein and, according to some reports, were sold into the food chain as human meat. Apparently, human meat tastes very similar to pork which is why the Chinese refer to human meat as long pork, for its long bones, and probably explains the prohibition on eating meat among some tribal peoples such as the Jews. The consumption of human meat will, literally, drive a person to insanity as was shown with certain south sea Islanders who ate human meat as part of certain religious services.
The goings on at the Pig Farm were notorious. There was a well known illegal bar open until the early hours of the morning and the place was frequented by politicians, judges, lawyers, gangsters, businessmen, high rollers, etc. The Canadian media is prohibited from writing an exposee on what actually went on at the Pig Farm. NBC was not, Piggy Palace video.
Curiously, the first two cases of BSE - Mad Cow disease - in Canada, occurred in cattle that acquired animal protein from the "human meat" that was discarded at the Pig Farm (video).
2. British Columbia is a centre for the production of child pornography. Some of it produced by using children seized from homes by an overly aggressive Child Protection Service where government employed social workers have been actively involved in the making of child pornography but never charged.
3. British Columbia is a centre for child prostitution that ostensibly involves some of the most prominent members of its society.
4. The British Columbia Government has a history of genocide towards its native populations.
5. Children in the care of the British Columbia government die at rate that is several times higher than the death rate for children not in the care of government. Putting a child in care of the government of British Columbia has been a death sentence for many innocent children.
6. British Columbia is home to the "Highway of Tears" where a serial killer stalks young women. There have been repeated calls for an investigation and there is speculation that the murderer may be a rogue police officer.
