The public hearings on the massive Site C Hydro Electric Dam in Canada opened this week in the remote northern British Columbia town of Fort St. John while local natives beat their war drums.

The proposed $7.9 billion dollar dam is an essential part of the scheme to divert massive amounts of pristine clean fresh water to the United States and Mexico that has been secretly moving ahead under the guidance of US President Barack Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.
The local native group is allegedly divided into two groups. The first are demanding to be paid off with a share of the revenue while the second group is totally opposed to the project.
The water doesn't belong to anyone because it falls from the sky for free but the Native tribes are jostling for a position with the White business and political gangs who are also seeking to share in the revenues.
The Government of British Columbia, a gangster run entity that claims ownership of the water through fraudulent confiscatory legislation, has announced plans to re-draft its present water legislation.

The public are being told the re-draft is to protect the water while, in fact, the changes are necessary to put in place the legal mechanisms that will assure massive amounts of clean fresh water will flow easily to Canada's customers while massive amounts of clean fresh money will be secretly diverted to pals of political insiders who were secretly allotted over 800 "illegal" water licences by former Premier Gordon Campbell. This part of the government scheme is a closely guarded secret that was revealed to our Editors by a private sector researcher who has been following the issue.
This is how government in British Columbia works. Pretend you are benefitting the public while you are really lining the pockets of your controllers. The politicians are puppets.
The natives are in a historic negotiation with their old enemy the US Military because the whole project will be run and managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers that currently manages most large scale water projects in the United States and manages the cross-border Columbia River Treaty project with Canada. Students of history understand that it was the US military that took over control of the western United States from the previously independent native nations. Canadian native nations were spared from that conquest because the American business interests made a secret deal with the British business interests to permit the Canadian government, a colony of England, to occupy the western territory of what is now known as Canada from the Ontario border to the Pacific Ocean.
Under international law, British Columbia remains un-ceded, unconquered native territory and the American Military know this. The claims of the British Columbia Government and the secret water licence holders will soon be revealed to be part of a massive swindle. There is an ancient Latin legal maxim recognized under international law for centuries, "Nemo dat quod non habet". In English, the legal maxim states: "One cannot give what one does not have". The secret water licence holders have nothing under the international law because the British Columbia government never had title or legal ownership.
This will be a complex negotiation for the natives because Canadian and British business interests are hoping to take the large share of the loot through the 800 secret water licences granted by former British Columbia Premier Gordon Campbell to his pals and cronies that allegedly include the infamous Rothschild banking family. Campbell, a member of Vancouver's notorious Freemason lodge, is currently hiding out in London under the protection of Queen Elizabeth who was exposed as a player in a previous secret plan to take control of Canada's water export industry in violation of her Coronation Oath.

Was Another Senior Civil Servant In Ottawa Fired?
It appears that Prime Minister Harper has fired another top Canadian civil servant who was a key player in the Water War Crimes cover up and who may have been a participant in the plan to murder Canadian Justice Carolyn- Layden Stevenson who the Editors believe was murdered in June 2012.
Early this week Prime Minister Harper announced the termination of the employment of Marie-Lucie Morin (shown in photo on left) at age 56 after 33 years of service in Canada's government before she accumulated the magic number of 35 years of service where Canada's generous civil service pensions top out. When a senior civil servant retires before reaching the magic 35 years of service it raises a suspicion that something is not right because she retired before acquiring a full pension.
In addition, Morin was a lawyer who occupied key positions in the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade when the Water War Crimes were set in motion and later when they were covered up by civil senior servants who manipulated the court system and harmed innocent people to cover up their own crimes. As a lawyer she also had deep links to the Department of Justice when it was under the leadership of Deputy Minister John Tait (shown in photo on right), who the Editors suspect was murdered in order to silence him, and Deputy Minister Morris Rosenberg (shown in centre photo) who is a key suspect in the cover up especially during the years Jean Chretien was Prime Minister.
So, while the Editors have no direct evidence that Morin was involved in any of the crimes committed, her sudden departure following quickly after the sudden departures of top civil servants, Morris Rosenberg and David Fonberg, suggest her leaving is part of the ongoing clean out that is taking place in Ottawa.

Senator Hugh Segal and the Water War Crimes
The Canadian media reported today that Canadian Senator Hugh Segal was retiring 12 years early from his lucrative and prestigious position as a Member of Canada's Senate to take a position with an obscure Canadian college. This is a highly unusual move. The Senate of Canada has now been identified as a major crime scene.
Hugh Segal's history suggests his retirement may be connected to the investigation of the Water War Criminals who were behind the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson in June 2012 and Federal Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel in July 2012.
Segal began his career with Ontario Premier Bill Davis.
It is a historical fact that a number of top advisors to Davis moved west to British Columbia and became involved in the plans to export water to the United States. Bill Davis was also a Freemason and a number of his Ontario advisors who moved to British Columbia joined the notorious Vancouver Freemason Criminal Gang that has a developed a world-wide reputation for criminal activities including the murdering of hundreds of so-called missing (abducted) women that was covered up by a government inquiry headed by another Freemason - former Attorney General Wally Oppal.
Segal was Chief of Staff to Canadian Prime Minister Kim Campbell where he was surrounded by people who had been involved in the failed insider scheme to capture a monopoly over the export fresh water from British Columbia, such as, Glen Shortliffe, Clerk of the Privy Council, John Tait, Deputy Minister of Justice, Patrick Kinsella, advisor to Kim Campbell, Allan Gregg, investor and director of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. and Brian Smith, former Attorney General of BC and Chairman of CN Rail.
As Chief of Staff, Segal would approved the appointment of British Columbia Deputy Attorney General, Robert Edwards,to a position of a judge on the Supreme Court of British Columbia in January, 1993. Edwards had been a dirty Deputy Minister to the Attorney General of British Columbia when a number of serious crimes were carried out by that Ministry that favoured W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd with its political connections and discriminated against its competitors that included Sun Belt Water Inc., Snowcap Waters Ltd. and Aquasource Ltd. This is how Canada works and why it is a failing state. The is no real free enterprise or open and fair competition. In Canada, political insiders secretly rig the bidding process and hands out lucrative contracts to their friends while honest business people are destroyed in the process.
