WATER FROM 1989 TO 2013
In the 1970s, the Ùnited States National Security Administration reported that the dwindling fresh water resources in the American southwest were the greatest threat to the long term prosperity of the American ecomony and that the only reasonable supply was in Canada. Schultz and Regan, both from California and Baker, from Texas, had a keen understanding of the importance of fresh water in their desert economies.
In 1999, dinner guest, John Major paid a secret visit to British Columbia along with George Bush Senior, for discussions wih local billionaire, Jimmy Pattison, on his yacht that was temporarily moored in Comox Harbour. Mr. Carten had been forced to leave Comox a few months earlier by the illegal activities of Premier Glen Clark and the gangsters that surrounded him.
A few months later, Premier Glen Clark, who also was enacting measures in British Columbia to permanently block fresh water exports to the United States was removed from offices by the RCMP on accusations of corruption. A deal was struck, Clark was acquitted by a fixed court decision but Clark agreed to resign and keep his mouth shut which he has done for the past 14 years. Clark's political party, the New Democratic Party was historically closely linked to old style Chinese and Russian Communists that invariably seek to cause mischief for the United States through their agents in Canada.
Prime Minister Harper, another dinner guest, has spent the past six years, since becoming Prime Minister in 2006, attempting to remedy the successive impediments to water exports installed by crooked and foreign infiltrated governments in Canada.
During the course of this work, Harper learned that Queen Elizabeth, not a guest, had been a secert party to the water export swindle which cause him to invite David Cameron, the host of the dinner meeting, to Canada in the fall of 2011, for private meetings to discuss the issue. Queen Elizabeth renewed her Coronation Oath and got to keep her job, but, a few months later, someone murdered Canadian Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson which caused Queen Elizabeth, Prime Minister Harper and whole group of people to go into a tizzy.
Queen Elizabeth sent Prince Edward to Canada for a surprise visit, Prime Minister Harper hired Henery Kissinger for guidance and counsel, some people lost their jobs in Ottawa, and, another guest, William Hague flew to Canada for special meetings with Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues.
Interestingly, the United States Government did not send any elected officials or senior administration figures to the funeral and none of its former presidents attended either although, according to the mainstream media, they were all invited.
The Pentagon, that is alleged to be running the United States at this time, must have some information that mandated the stay away order to elected and senior officials and past Presidents which raises questions about Margaret Thatcher`s bona fides as an alleged friend of the USA.
Thatcher is widely credited with revamping of the British economy but the truth of the matter is the economy was bouyed by North Sea oil boom that, much like oil booms in other countries, gave incompetent politicians a free ride. In a macabre defiance of poilitical correctness, huge numbers of the British public were seen celebrating the death of the old woman they despised.
Among Thatcher's failures were her bungling of the dispute with Argentina over the Maldives, a.k.a. the Falkland Islands, that led to the slaughter of hundreds of young men duped into joining the militaries of both Argentina and the United Kingdom, her bungling of the civil rights dispute in the remaining English occupied parts of Ireland that contributed to the useless death of over 3,000 young Englishmen, also duped into joining the U.K. military, her bungling of the civil rights dispute in South Africa that caused much murder and death in that country and her de-regulation of the English banking industry that has brought the western world to the verge of a financial collapse.
Margaret Thatcher was a key player, along with Pierre Trudeau, in the patriation of the Canadian Constitution and it is suspected that, like Queen Elizabeth is alleged to have done, she took a payoff under the table in exchange for her co-operation.
