When he was first elected in 2008, President Obama immediately travelled to Canada and made it absolutely clear to Prime Minister Harper that his country desperately needed fresh water from Canada.
Prime Minister Harper, well aware that Canada was covered in fresh water in the form of snow and ice for six months each year, didn't have any personal objection to the idea but he was in a very bad position because he held a minority position in Canada's parliament and there was a sizable body of public opinion, especially in English speaking Canada, that strongly opposed bulk water exports. Mr. Obama was not unaware of the difficulties of getting elected and agreed to keep everything quiet and let the Canadians work it out, with a little help from the sidelines, when necessary.
The negative Canadian public attitude towards bulk water exports had been articificially created by a combination of internal corruption in previous governments, in both Ottawa and Victoria, and external interference in Canadian politics by foreign funded agencies, including bogus environmental groups, that were manipulating Canadian opinion in a clandestine effort to undermine the long term heath of the American and Canadian economies. In his last budget, Prime Minister Harper cut off tax exemptions for the bogus environmental groups.
Through repetitive, devious, and fraudulent media campaigns, a huge number of Canadians, a population perpetually lied to by its political gangster class, had come to believe that water was non-renewable resource and that, if water was exported from Canada, it would be gone forever, like the oil, natural gas and other many other minerals that Canada exports in huge quantities to countries all around the globe, including the United States.
The truth of the matter is that water is a completely renewable resource and that all water destined for export to the USA and Mexico would otherwise be flow directly into the ocean where it would eventually be re-cycled into rain water by a process of evaporation only to fall again as rain and snow as part of a natural phenomenon known as "the hydrological cycle". The only problem for the USA and Mexico is that Canada's drainage ditches - generally called rivers - do not flow south and, if they did there, would be plenty of water flowing from Canada into those two nations instead of directly into the ocean.
Although, he became Prime Minister in 2006, Mr. Harper only achieved a majority government status in May, 2011, so, for five years, he had to be extremely guarded as he moved forward on a water export agenda that the American government regarded as fundamental to the long term health of the American economy which, in turn, was fundamental to the long term health of the Canadian economy that is intertwined with that of the USA even though a large part of the public had been fooled into believing it was a bad idea to help their desperate neighbours despite Canada being a predominantly Christian nation that ostenbibly adheres to the golden rule.
The 2010 Olympic Games, in Vancouver, provided the pefect venue to draw together all the interested parties and while, like in ancient Rome where the stupid masses were continually distracted by the circus, the deals were done behind closed doors.
British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, who had initially been a reluctant player in the water export deal, was cajoled and coerced into co-operation by American muscleman and then Californian Governor, Arnold Schwarznegger. Of course, they all knew about about Campbell's Mistress and the other inside deal, so Campbell was compromised.
Campbell moved forward to implement the water export agenda and he hid its true purpose by calling it a ``clean energy policy`` but was forced from office when some of the insiders in British Columbia woke up to Campbell's ruse, figured out that he was hiding ``the water deal`` and destroyed his career by exposing his other secret - his mistress - that was costing the taxpayers $150,000.00 per year.
British Columbians are normally a very tolerant lot but due to their historic Scottish roots the idea of using taxpayers money to pay a girlfriend an inflated salary is like having bad oats in your Haggis and Campbell knew his time was up. "We dunnae care about yer lassie or yer cheatin on yer wife, laddie, but tis ar monie en ya cannae spend it far yer own pleasure, laddie" said a prominent insider at the Scottish Society that secretly controls both the Public Service Union gang and the Crony Capitalist gang.
Campbell suddenly resigned and was sent into paid exile by Prime Minister Harper with an appointment as Canada`s High Commissioner to London an appointment that may be the cause of the health problems alleged to be now afflicting both Queen Elizabeth and her husband Prince Phillip. Given the number of dead bodies in the trail of Gordon Campbell, one suspects he may be infected by some form of lethal virus. The reader is advised that the word "High" in Campbell's new title has nothing to do with Campbell`s notorious drinking habits that saw him arrested in Hawaii immediately after he was elected in 2001 and accrue up a bar bill of over $60,000 in his first year as Canada`s High Commissioner to London when his Canadian counterpart in Ireland, an Irish-Newfoundlander, who has denied that he drinks alcohol, spent a little over a paltry $3,000 on liquor and other refreshment. Other Canadian Ambassadors appear to be equally modest with their liquor allowance.

Campbell was replaced by an exuberant woman and current Crony Capitalist Gang leader, Christy Clark, whose claim to fame was that she had divorced her husband after he was fingered for corruption in a deal involving the sale of BC Rail to CN Rail a company under the leadership of David MacLean, a Vancouver lawyer with close links to Premier Gordon Campbell and then Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien. The deal stank to high heaven and the stench lingers in British Columbia where Premier Christy Clark is being accused that she broke the law just like everyone else who has been Premier in British Columbia for the last fifty years or thereabouts.
To be fair to Christy Clark, being an honest law-abiding Premier in British Columbia is an exceedingly difficult job, because she is advised by lawyers who work in the culture of deceit, deception and dishonesty that prevails at the Ministry of the Justice for British Columbia, a Ministry that is essentially a criminal organization as defined by the Criminal Code of Canada.
The unfolding of Premier Christy Clark`s magnificently short career is now plagued with undenied allegations that she was part of the criminal conspiracy to obstruct justice in Federal Court of Appeal proceeding A-343-10 a conspiracy that implicitly included an agreement to murder of Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson, in June, 2012, and Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel, in July, 2012. The Canadian government does not acknowledge Layden-Stevenson was murdered and is claiming that the suspicious subsequent death of Noel was a suicide. The latter claim is widely regarded as just another government hoax intended to deceive the public.

At the local level in British Columbia, John Van Dongen, a member of the legislature and former cabinet minister for both Premiers Gordon Campbell and Christy Clark, is accusing Premier Clark of knowing more than she admits about the BC Rail deal, which is widely believed to have been a well orchestrated theft of public assets. Van Dongen has claimed the Premier Clark has a conflict of interest.
The Premier has happily referred John Van Dongen`s accusations to Conflict of Interest Commissioner Paul Fraser who was a key player in the Water War Crimes when his then law firm, Clark Wilson of Vancouver, assisted its client, W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd., loot the benefit of public water rights at Ocean Falls, British Columbia, while at the same time violating American anti-trust legislation. If the allegatrions were proved in court, Fraser could go to jail for many years in a U.S. prison depending on his level of involvement.

It does appear that, a few months after Premier Glen Clark was removed from office in March 1999, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, who work closely with the Vancouver City Police, were paid a reward when $1 million cash was left in bag in a garbage can (shown in centre photo) in a city park only to be found by a Vancouver police officer who, obviously acting inside information, reached into the garbage can, found a bag, opened the bag and found $1 million in cash that he later claimed was abandoned. If you believe that then you believe in Sdanta Claus but the story gets even better.
It was clearly a lawyer`s trick because, not many people except lawyers, know that, under Canadian law, when something is abandoned, such as money, whoever takes possession of it can claim legal ownership of it and that is exactly what the Vancouver Police officer did.

Carol Baird Ellen promptly received her pay off by being promoted to the position of Chief Judge of the Provincial Court of British Columbia for a five year term after which she returned to her usual judging duties where she pas paid in excess of $150,000 per year.
The good news is that her past has finally caught up to her and Carol Baird Ellen resigned from her position in June, 2012, approximately twenty years before her mandatory retirement date. This may be evidence that there is a clean up going on or that Carol Baird Ellen was feeling the heat of the web site set up to honour her fabulous career on the bench
