Clark, Mulcair and Water Exports
Why did BC Premier Clark skip out on the Canadian Western Premiers Conference?
Are clean water energy giants (British Columbia and Quebec) preparing for a political war with dirty oil energy giants (Alberta and Saskatchewan)?
WATER vs OIL
In the 1980's and 1990's, in another province with huge water resources British Columbia's political leaders were also in favour of managed bulk water exports.
The development of a sustainable, environmentally beneficial, water export industry in British Columbia and other parts of Canada has been delayed and disrupted due to political corruption in British Columbia and other parts Canada where
political and business insiders have secretly attempted to gain control of a Canadian national water export monopoly.
The efforts by former British Columbia Premier, Gordon Campbell, to privatize the British Columbia public owned hydro electric company, BC Hydro, was part of this process. Fortunately, Mr. Campbell's political career was destroyed by this and other social media web sites that publicized the fact he was maintaining his mistress at public expense.

As expected, Campbell, unable to face the guilt and shame, took the coward's way out, left town and is now in hiding in London, England, under the protection of Queen Elizabeth who is alleged to have secretly conspired with crooked Canadian and international insiders to loot Canada's water export resources.

DIRTY OIL vs CLEAN WATER
These internationalists know that managed bulk water exports will produce masssive amounts of clean, pollution free, energy that will signifcantly reduce the demand oil, natural gas, and nuclear power.
These latter industries are controlled by a handful of internationmal billionaires who have employed paid agents in Canada to undermine the development of clean energy projects such as those supported by British Columbia Premier Christy Clark and Tom Mulcair.
This is the rationale behind the recent decision by Canadian tax authorities to more closely monitor the activities of foreign controlled charities that, under the guise of environmentalism, have enriched the dirty energy polluters and delayed the development of clean energy water projects in British Columbia.
Western Canadian Premiers Conference
Without BC Premier Clark
The recent decision, made May 3, 2012, to discharge Deputy Attorney General, David Louklidelis, and send Assistant Deputy Minister to the Attorney General Richard Fyfe, (shown on right in above photo) on vacation, allegedly, but, possibly, under home arrest, for four weeks while Loukidelis stayed on to, allegedly, complete his work, has left Premier Clark's government exposed and vulnerable.
Fyfe's patent dishonesty in his recent advice to Premier Clark has brought into question all of his work history over past two decades. It is expected that, if Fyfe talks, heads will roll and one of those heads could be the head of former BC Premier Gordon Campbell.
