Lawyers on the Run from B.C. Ministry of Justice and Attorney General
British Columbia Premier Christy Clark continues to clean out the nest of lawyers of questionable ethics working for the Goverment of British Columbia. Craig Jones (shown above left) and Robert Lapper (shown above centre ), both of whom were involved in the coverup of the Water War Crimes, have quit the British Columbia government after the RCMP inserted its intelligence member, Allan Castle, into the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General for British Columbia (organized crime) in September, 2011.
Unfortunately, they have left government to take positions where in our opinion they pose a serious danger to the public. Craig Jones will be teaching law while Robert Lapper is the new CEO for the Law Society of Ontario, a.k.a Upper Canada.

Deceit 101 At Thompson Rivers University Law School - Professor Jones & Dean Axworthy
In our opinion, Craig Jones (shown in photo on right) made fraudulent submissions, in December, 2007, at the Supreme Court of British Columbia, both in writing and orally, when he argued that allegatons of crimes carried out by colleagues and past employees of the Ministry of the Attorney General were the product of fantasy and not substantiated by evidence. Had he checked the records, he would have learned that this allegation was was true? In our opinion, his failure to check the records was unprofressional and unethical conduct for an officer of the court.

It should come as no surprise to readers that the Dean of Law at the Thompson Rivers University Law School, where Professor Jones will be working, is Mr. Chris Axworthy, (shown in photo on left) who was a member of Parliament, in Ottawa, from1988 to June 1999, when he suddenly resigned, like many other federal politicians, when the Water War Crimes and the $10.5 billion dollar claim of Sun Belt Water Inc. burst upon the Canadian political scene like a nuclear explosion sending the rats scattering for their lives. We cannot state that Dean Axworthy was involved in the Water War Crimes but there is a smell of suspicion that is heightened by his hiring Mr. Craig Jones who was part of the cover up and his links to former Saskatchewan Premier Roy Romanow who also suddenly quit his career, for no particular reason, not long after the mass resignations in Ottawa. According to its web site Professor Jones will be teaching legal ethics at the Law School and the editors of this web site encourage Professor Jones to teach his students to be honest and candid with the court, instead of making false and misleading statements like he did in December, 2007, thereby resulting in harm to the opposing litigants that has not yet been remedied because he has refused to apologize and issue a retraction.
Nonetheless, the sudden departure of Craig Jones from what was a promising career at the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia is part of a pattern of recent departures that suggest a cloean out is underway.

Deceit 202 by CEO Robert Lapper
Mr. Robert Lapper began his career with the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia in 1994 and, for seven years, beginning in 2001, he was the Assistant Deputy Attorney General for the Legal Services Branch for the Province of British Columbia, until June 2007 when he joined the office of Premier Gordon Campbell who was later forced to leave office amid corruption allegations and the widespread public knowledge he had been using taxpayers funds to pay his mistress a huge salary of $150,000 per year.

This means that Robert Lapper was in the middle of one of the most significant organized crime scenes, in all of Canada, for more 13 long years. If Robert Lapper was not a party to the many crimes carried by the Ministry of the Attorney General and its lawyers then, certainly, he was a key witness to those crimes and did nothing about it.
It would take a several books to describe all of the crimes carried out in British Columbia between 1994 and 2007 that required the assistance of the Ministry of the Attorney General in one way or another. Lawyers, regularly, suppressed evidence, lied to other lawyers, lied in court, misled judges, instructed witnesses to lie, and otherwise obstructed the course of justice. The Ministry of the Attorney General became the most corrupt of all government departments and a centre of organized white collar crime where citizens assets were looted and their businesses destroyed and public assets were sold off to favoured insiders. Citizens seeking redress in the courts were denied compensation due to corrupt legal practies and a corrupt judiciary appoimted with the approval of the Attorney General.
In January 2012, Mr. Lapper's left the government of British Columbia to take a senior position at the Law Society of Upper Canada a.k.a. Ontario. Due to the fact that a number of major Ontario law firms were directly involved in the insider scheme to loot the water export reveunes of British Columbia and to obstruct the course of justice in both the Sun Belt Water Inc. proceedings and the proceedings brought by Mr. Carten and Ms Gibbs at the Federal Court of Canada and due to the fact that while Mr. Lapper was at the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Colubmia, the Ministry protected those Ontario law firms, it is the opinion of the Editors that the Law Society of Upper Canada owed Mr. Lapper because he kept secret their role in the Water War Crimes.

Robert Lapper left in Janaury, 2012, Robert Gillen, Assistant Deputy Minister Criminal Prosecutions left in February 2012, and both Deputy Attoreny General David Loukedils and senior supervising lawyer, Craig Jones, quit in June 2012.
These resignations or firings co-incide with the mass judicial resignations that took place in British Columbia in December 2011 and Janaury 2012.

Jerry McHale In Hiding
Another member of the organized crime group at the Ministry of the Attorney General, who has gone into hiding, is former Deputy Attorney General, Jerry McHale, (shown in photo on left) who has taken a position at the University of Victoria Law School which has beome a major hide out for other members of the criminal orgainzation operating inside the Minstry of the Attorney General for British Columbia. Mr. McHale quit his job on July 11, 2011, shortly after Premier Clark took office.
Mr. McHale was a key player in the organization of the family justice system of British Columias that styled on the soviet systrem. Families were attacked by a socialist gestapo, innocent children were seized on flimsy and often false charges and put oin state run concentration camps where they were sexually abused and killed in horrific numbers.
A key player in the attack on families who worked under Jerry McHale was Chris Beresford (shown in photo on right) who was in charge of the private-for-profit government program to enforce child suppoort orders that was used as a tool by government insiders to bully and destroy their enemies.

Anne Wilson On the Run
Another lawyer who suddenly left the British Columbia government after Premier Christy Clark took over was alleged perjurer, Victoria Anne Wilson, who was caught filing a false and misleading affidavit in the Sun Belt lawsuit against the British Columbia government.

Medical Insurance Fraud and Allan Seckel
The first person to be fired by Premier Christy Clark was Allan Seckel who had been hired by Premier Gordon Campbell to replace former Deputy Minister to the Attorney General, in 2003, when she was exposed as being a key player in the crimes of fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice during the Sun Belt Water Inc. lawsuit in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

Some Criminals Have a Hide Out Hide Out

A lot of the Canadian political criminals find a hide-out at a local University when they are caught committing crimes while in government.
The case is no different for those iwho were involved in the Water War Crimes.
In 1997, Deputy Attorney General, Stephen Owen, suddenly resigned and went into hiding at the University of Victoria when his lyuing to the legislature to cover up the Water War Crimes was exposed.
In 2000, when Premier Glen Clark was removed from office by the Vancouver City Police due to corrupt activities, the replacement Deputy Attorney General, Maureen Maloney, went into hiding as a Law Profession, (laugh out loud) at University of Victoria Law School. In 2001, when the corrupt NDP government of British Columbia was defeated in the election the former lover of Maureen Maloney and interim Attorney General Andrew Petter ran off to University of Victoria Law School. (again, laugh out loud).
In 2008, when Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs commenced a lawsuit in Canada's Federal Court, seeking damages as a result of the conspiracy between the Governments of Canada and British Columbia, the Government of British Columbia hired adjunct
University of Victoia, Law Professor(laugh out loud) Hugh Gwillim, who proceeded to file as patently false Statement of Defence. The case was never brought to trial because the Government of Canada and British Columbia asked their politically appointed judges to make an order that Mr. Catren and Ms. Gibbs post security for costs in an amount the Government knew they could not afford.
In 2011, when newly selected Premier Christy Clark took over the Government and began her clean up of the Ministry of the Attorney General, Assistant Deputy and, later, Deputy Attorney General, Jerry McHale, also went into hiding at the University of Victoria.
In the Editors opinion, all these supposedly intelligent people, with questionable ethics, were part of a criminal conspiracy inside the British Columbia Ministry of the Attorney General to aid and abet the criminals who were invovled in the Water War Crimes so that they would not be brought to justice. Given that they were in management positions, it is reasonable to assume that they directing the criminals to carry out the crimes that they did.
Canada's higher education system is now at grave risk.
Students are now being taught the value of lying and cheating by the example of their teachers who lied and cheated while in government and who then asked to come back to academia.
It is the Editors opinion that all of the above named sociopathic creatures should be sent to a correctional institution so they can learn be re-educated before they are permitted to teach their past habits to their unknowing students.
