Royal Family Announces Surprise Canadian Visit in Wake of Judicial Murder
The annoncement follows on a September 1, 2012, email contact with Governor General Johnston by informing him of the background behind the murder of Madam Justice Carolyn Anne Layden-Stevenson and that asked him to "kindly draw these matters to the attention of Her Majesty the Queen" that had "... serious implications for the continuation of the Monarchy in Canada".
Queen Elizabeth, knowing the stakes are exceedingly high, immediately reacted to the troubles in her realm and ordered her son, Prince Edward, on an unscheduled, surprise, "working visit" to Canada.

Judicial Murder
Text of E-Mail to Governor General
that Prompts a Suprise Royal Visit
I respectfully draw to your attention to some, recent and very disturbing, developments in Federal Court of Appeal proceeding A-343-10, (Carten & Gibbs vs HMTQ, 2011, FCA 48), a proceeding in respect of which I have contacted you previously.
Astonishingly as it may appear, it is now reasonable to conclude that Federal Court of Appeal justice, Madam Justice Carolyn Anne Layden-Stevenson, a highly respected and beloved daughter of a prominent New Brunswick family, wife of respected Fredericton lawyer, Donald Stevenson, and mother of three wonderful adult children, one of whom is a member of the New Brunswick bar, was murdered as a result of a devilish legal strategy developed by Canada's Department of Justice that sought to deny the appellants a fair hearing by a court of appeal panel in proceeding A-343-10.
It was patently obvious that the legal strategy devised by Canada`s Department of Justice lawyers in Federal Court of Appeal proceeding A-343-10 required the services of a judge who could be relied upon to make the extremely rare order blocking an appeal by requiring the appellants post security for costs in a sum the appellants did not have.
With her links to both the Liberal and Conservative parties of Canada, it is reasonable to conclude that Madam Justice Carolyn Anne Layden-Stevenson was carefully selected for that task because of those political loyalties, that she carried out her assigned duties and, then, she was eliminated / murdered so she could not identify those who instructed her and why.
Like a mechanic delivering a defective vehicle to a driver, Justice Minister Nicholson and his subordinates delivered a defective legal strategy to Justice Carolyn Anne Layden-Stevenson.
Due to your professional background as a lawyer and law professor, you know that, at law, the mechanic would be guilty of, at least, negligent homicide and, at worst, murder.
This argument applies, by analogy, directly to the professional conduct of Justice Minister Nicholson and his subordinates who represented Her Majesty the Queen in right of Canada in the subject proceeding.
The tragic death of Carolyn Anne is a very heavy price for the Layden-Stevenson family to pay simply because Justice Minister Robert Douglas Nicholson and his subordinates were so incompetent and so profoundly corrupt that they resorted to a devious, underhanded, manipulation of the judiciary in order to cheat litigants from having their claim for redress fairly and properly considered in a court of law.
Whether Justice Carolyn Anne Layden-Stevenson was murdered in order to silence her or, possibly, but less likely, consumed by her own guilt and shame for having violated her Oath of Office, there is no doubt that the highly unprofessional conduct of Justice Minister Nicholson and his subordinates was a contributing factor to her sudden death.
Will you kindly draw these matters to the attention of Her Majesty the Queen.
It is plainly evident that Prime Minister Harper and his colleagues are engaged in a cover up.
As you will recall, I contacted you several months ago requesting an intervention by Her Majesty the Queen, who is a party to the litigation in her official capacity and who is alleged to have had a private interest in the water export swindle that has been, until recently, a carefully guarded "official" secret.
Regretfully and tragically, no action was taken and the result has been another death -probable murder.
In my opinion, Her Majesty the Queen and Her government have accrued some frightfully bad karma that has serious implications for the continuation of the Monarchy in Canada.
Finally, I wish to advise that I am sending a copy of this correspondence to New Brunswick Premier David Alward and several members of the New Brunswick legislature who are becoming aware of these issues so they may have a better understanding following upon Mr. Alward's private conversations with Prime Minister Harper of Wednesday this past week and the presumed "dis-information" that was provided.
Yours very truly
Prime Minister Harper To Pay Surprise
Visit to British Columbia
It is expected that Prime Minister Harper will hold in secret meetings with Premier Christy Clark (shown in above photo on left) to discuss the investigation into the death / murder of Madam Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson, an investigation that will invariably include the conduct of lawyers employed by the Ministry of the Attorney General for British Columbia, including, Deputy Minister, Richard Fyfe, and lawyers, Hugh Gwillim and Peter Ameerali.
