We Think Richard Fyfe Should Be In Jail... Instead He is in Charge of the Administration of Justice and all jail houses in the Province of British Columbia.
Is Richard Fyfe on the take, is he a murderer, and will he go to jail?
RICHARD FYFE (BACKGROUND CHECK)
AND
WHY IS HE THE DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL OF BRITISH COLUMBIA
From 1986 to 1989, Mr. Fyfe worked for the Vancouver law firm of Clark Wilson that acted for W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. from the date of its incorporation until its bankruptcy and assisted WCW to negotiate illegal benefits from the British Columbia government. WCW was negotiating these illegal benefits while Attorney General staff lawyers Anne Wilson and Colin McIver were employees of the Ministry of the Attorney General and Paul Fraser, (shown in the photo on the right) the present British Columbia Conflict of Interest Commissioner was general counsel at Clark Wilson.
Shortly after the illegal benefits were provided to WCW, Colin McIver quit the Attorney General's office and joined Clark Wilson and he later migrated to join Paul Fraser in the law firm of Fraser Milner in Vancouver. Do you think that Colin McIver was paid off with a job in a big private law firm? It looks that way to the editors.
RICHARD FYFE , STANLEY HARTT,
LUCIEN BOUCHARD,
Vancouver branch of Stikeman Elliott, a huge Canadian law firm
with deep political connections in Ottawa - Canada's capital city.
From 1985 to 1988, Stikeman Elliott law partner, Stanley Hebert Hartt, had taken a job as Canadian Deputy Minister of Finance. The Finance Department would have approved the giving of taxpayers money to W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. when Richard Fyfe was with either Clark Wilson or Stikeman Elliott, or both. The Canadian Finance Department would not grant similar money to other Canadian competitors of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd.
As far as the Canadian government was concerned, the fix was in but money was not enough and W.C.W Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. felt it needed a monopoly so it hired lobbyst Fred Doucet, who achieved prominence in the Airbus Scandal.
Fred Doucet persuaded Canada`s then Minister of the Environment, Lucien Bouchard, to introduce legislation that would have given W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. a bulk water export monopoly but for unexplained reasons the legislation did not move forward in parliament and soon afterwards Lucien Bouchard and Stanley Hartt quit Mulroney`s government.
At about the same time, in British Columbia, Stikeman Eliott lawyer Richard Fyfe joined the Attorney General`s office and soon the British Columbia Government was used to create the monopoly bulk water export position that W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. so desperately wanted but could not get from Canada's Federal Government.
Stikeman Elliott also provided a convenient hide out for former Canadian Chief Justice Antonio Lamer who was forced to retire ten years early after being proved to be complicit in the cover up of the Water War Crimes. The system of corruption in Canada is characterized by major law firms that insert agents into government jobs as bureaucrats like Richard Fyfe or as judges like Antonio Lamer where they use their powers improperly to protect criminals. When a proper forensic audit is done thousands of judges and lawyers in Canada will be put in mass concentration camps for re-education program while some will be executed for heinous crimes.
Crime Cover Up Leads to Murder
The latest murder victim appears to be Madam Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson who was induced to act improperly and then appears to have been killed so the criminals could cover their tracks. She died on June 27, 2012. Her obituary does not state the cause of death which is usually a sign a police investigation is ongoing.
The Editors cannot say with certainty that Justice Layden Stevenson was murdered, but, given that other witnesses, including some judges, have probably been murdered, it seems likely the key players in the Water War Crimes would have no hesitation in murdering Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson.
It is extremely unlikely that Richard Fyfe will be prosecuted or that the truth will be told so long as Richard Fyfe is the Deputy Minister of the Attorney General for British Columbia.
The Resignation of Former Deputy Attorney General David Loukidelis
What was the real reason behind the firing of David Loukidelis on May 3, 2012?
Did it have anything to do with the plans to murder Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson?
The investigation continues.
