Federal Court of Canada Covers Up Fraud and Murder

 IS PROTHONOTARY  LAFRENIERE A CROOK ?

In the past several weeks, evidence has emerged that corroborates this opinion  of the editors of this web site that Roger Lafreniere, shown above left, a prothonotary, i.e. a clerk, with the Federal Court of Canada, is a crook who issued a false judgment in the case of Carten & Gibbs vs The Government of Canada  in order to protect criminals operating inside the Government
of Canada.

  
Federal Court Prothonotary Roger Lafreniere is now accused of similar mis-conduct in another case by Captain Edward de Costa Duarte,  of Campbell River, British Columbia, who accuses Lafreniere of using his position at the Federal Court to assist in the cover-up of fraud (and in this editors opinion, a probable murder)  by Canadian government officials, their agents or accomplices with the Campbell River Harbour Authority who are accused of misappropriating, i.e. looting, funds belonging to the government of Canada.

Captain Da Costa Duarte's investigation of the alleged looting of public money has uncovered what appears to have been  the murder of Douglas Michael Flynn of Campbell River, in 2008, most likely by insiders desperate to cover up their criminal conduct that Flynn was also investigating.

Readers of this web site are very aware that the death toll of insiders surrounding the Water War Crimes lawsuit filed by Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs now stands at thirty (30), and it is probable that several of these insiders were murdered to cover up insider crime.

The death of Doughals Michael Flynn appears to be  another  example of how the government mafia in Canada operates i.e.  murdering the innocent to protect themselves.

While there is no accusation that Lafreienre was involved in the murder of Flynn, he does appear to be using his skills and position to protect those who may have murdered Flynn.   

Captain da Costa Duarte had attempted to persuade the responsible authorities in Canada to investigate the alleged looting of public money but the Campbell River Harbour Authority, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Attorney General for British Columbia and the Federal Department of Transport have refused to take any action, with the possible exception of the lacklustre investigation of the death of Douglas Michael Flynn, who the authorities said died of carbon monoxide poisoning while onboard a small boat with a leaky canvass top in a storm when the wind was blowing at gale force. 

The conclusion is nonsense because Flynn was found with his mouth was bashed in and his fists clenched as if in a fight. 

It looks like Flynn was murdered by government insiders because he was making the similar complaints about government corruption. 

It is also of interest that two lawyers who had previously worked with the Federal Department of Transport, that is, John Sims, former Deputy Attorney General for Canada and William Elliott, former Commissioner of Canada's RCMP, are also implicated in the cover up of the Water War Crimes and non lawyer, Glen Shortliffe, who was Deputy Minister of the Department of Transport when key steps in the Water War Crimes took place and conveniently died of a sudden heart attack so that his evidence was buried with his body. 

Intelligence observers argue that Glen Shortliffe was one of several key witnesses who was murdered in order to silence him.

There is definitely something rotten at the Canadian Department of Transport and Prothonotary Lafreniere appears to be an accessory after the fact by making legal quasi-judicial rulings that are having the effect of preventing the truth from coming out.

It does appear that Roger Lafreneire is corrupt but, under the provisions of the Federal Court Act, a corrupt prothonotary can only be removed from his position by the Canada's Governor in Council, a.k.a. the Privy Council.

So, on January 17, 2011, Mr. Carten sent a letter to Wayne Wouters, shown in above photo on the left,  the Clerk of the Privy Council, and to Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, shown in above photo on the right, asking that they order a police investigation of the activities of Federal Court Prothonotary Roger Lafreineire.

Prime Minister Harper and Clerk of the Privy Council Clerk Wouters have other  judicial corruption issues on their plate related to Canada's Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin is named as a party in the Water War Crimes lawsuit due to her participation in the crimes of fraud and obstruction of justice immediately after she was appointed Chief Justice of Canada in February, 2000.
