Fraud, Then Perjury, Then Murder and, Now, More Perjury(?) By B.C. Government
Lies to Cover Up Lies and Murder
Legal advisors say Butler's excuse is pobably a complete fabrication because senior lawyers, like Butler, know that they have a duty to check the facts before they put those facts in an affidavit that would mislead the court if untrue.
Butler was either grossly incompentent or guilty of a criminal offence and the latter appears to be the most logical explanation.
Legal advisors argue that Butler committed deliberate perjury and then changed his direciton only after he was caught. They further argue that in any properly managed organization Butler would be fired for incompetence and disciplined by the Law Society of British Columbia or prosecuted for perjury.
However, these actions are unlikely because the gangsters that control BCMOJAG regularly use fraud and perjury to conceal criminal activities by politicians and civil servants and if all the lawyers at BCMOJAG who committed fraud and perjury were prosecuted there would not be few if any any lawyers left working at BCMOJAG.

The Editors believe that the gangsters that control BCMOJAG will also resort to murder, where necessary, because it is increasingly evident that Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson was murdered by agents of the gangsters operating inside Canada's legal establishment.
It does appear that Canadian judges are manipulated and induced to commit crimes on the bench which cover up crimes by politicians and civil servatns and then those judges are murdered so they cannot expose the role of the gangsters who hired them. It is a very dirty business and in the Water War Crimes cases thgere are now 12 judges who suddenly died when their wrong doing was exposed and they became a liability to the unidentified gangsters who control them .

Both present Premier Christy Clark and former Premier Gordon Campbell are implicated in the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson because they were in responsible positions of power when the legal strategy that resulted in her murder was conceived, set in motion and then executed.
The legal strategy required a government friendly judge who could be relied on to bend twist and pervert the law. Implicit in the strategy was an agreement that there be a sanction for anyone who broke silence and revealed the other players in the strategy.

In this kind of case, the only suitable sanction would be murder and it is the Editors opinion that that is exactly why Justice Layden Stevenson went suddenly from a healthy vibrant woman, in May 2012, to her grave, in June 2012, from, allegedly, a fast acting cancer.
