Rewards For The Guilty
Last week, British Columbia Premier Christy Clark heaped insult upon depravity when she rewarded three guilty lawyers, Michael Armstrong, Herman Van Ommen and Douglas Eastwood (shown left to right in photos) with the honorary title of Queens Counsel.
In the Editor's opinion, these lawyers should be in jail for their role in the legal strategy that led to the murder of Federal Court of Appeal Justice Carolyn Layden-Stevenson and the alleged suicide, probable murder, of Federal Department of Justice lawyer, Eric Noel, as part of a conspiracy to cover up crimes against humanity by officers and employees of the Government of British Columbia.
In stark contrast, Canadian Prime Minister Harper did the right thing and fired the Canadian government lawyer involved in these crimes.

Is Premier Christy Clark Insane?
There are increasing demands that British Columbia Premier Christy Clark by assessed by a psychiatrist. By conferring honorary titles on lawyers who obstruct justice in order to cover up massive criminality, the lady Premier has raised serious international and national concerns about her fitness to hold public office.
How else does one explain the mentality of a Premier who confers the honorary title of Queens Counsel on three lawyers who were part of a diabolical legal strategy to obstruct the course of justice that ultimately led to the murder of a Justice Layden-Stevenson and the suicide, probable murder, of Ottawa lawyer, Eric Noel.
She must be insane. It is the only rational explanation.

Who Is Herman Van Ommen
It is the Editors opinion that Herman Van Ommen (shown in photo on left) is a psychopath, a criminal and a real threat to the administration of justice in Canada. Unfortunately, he probably doe not recognize his illness.
Mr. Van Ommen first came to public attention in his role in the destruction of the career of the brilliant Canadian surgeon, Dr, John David Kuntz, who invented the modern disk replacement surgery. Van Ommen was part of the cover up of a massive fraud against the taxpayers of Canada by several leading Canadian law firms who benefited from the fraudulent lawsuit that was used to destroyed Dr. Kuntz.

Mr. Van Ommen was later observed to be the legal hit-man hired by the organized crime group surrounding Premier Gordon Campbell to complete the destruction of the brilliant Oxford educated lawyer Karl Eisbrenner who was acting on a case that that would have proved perjury and fraud by a senior Minister of the Campbell government. Van Ommen's strategy included the use of an unethical psychiatrist who fabricated a fraudulent medical report labelling Eisbrenner as delusion and thereby sabotaging his status as a lawyer.

Van Ommen attempted to use similar tactics against Mr. Carten who saw through the trap that Van Ommen was attempting to set and turned the table on Van Ommen by joining him and his law firm McCarthy Tetrault in a massive Federal Court of Canada lawsuit that has resulted in 34 deaths as insiders murder each other in a futile attempt to protect their dirty secrets.

As a Defendant in that lawsuit Van Ommen became a willing partner in the legal strategy that led to the entrapment and, in our opinion, the subsequent murder of Madam Justice Carolyn Layden Stevenson (shown in photo on right) of Fredericton, New Brunswick and the suicide (probable murder) of Department of Justice lawyer Eric Noel, who had to be murdered so the guilty could cover up their crimes.

The Law Society of British Columbia is a self-insured institution which means that if there is a large legal claim or other claim against a lawyer or law firm all lawyers in the province of British Columbia may be required to pay out the settlement.
The massive size of the Water War Crimes claim against the Law Society, McCarthy Tetrault and Herman Van Ommen were serious financial threats to the continued existence of the Law Society of British Columbia threatening to bankrupt past and present partners at McCarthy Tetrault including Herman Van Ommen.
So, Mr. Armstrong and his legal colleagues developed a strategy to obstruct justice by preventing the case from going to court. This kind of legal strategy is now very common in the courts of Canada where litigants are regularly denied access to justice in cases where governments and the legal profession are Defendants. When it comes to claims against the government or legal profession, Canada does not have an effective, honest or fair justice system.
The Editors believe that Michael Armstrong, like Mr. Van Ommen, could be a target for murder and encourage Mr. Armstrong to take defensive steps by immediately revealing all he knows about the plot to entrap Justice Layden-Stevenson in the case that led to her death and the role played by Eric Noel who allegedly committed suicide 2 weeks later.

While at the Ministry of Justice and Attorney General General Douglas Eastwood was part of the legal team that had engaged in fraud perjury and obstruction of justice to cover up the illegal secret agreement and other illegal activities the Ministry had made with W.C. W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. between 1988 and 1989 when the younger Allan Gregg (shown in centre photo) was a director of that company. While there is no direct evidence that Mr. Eastwood committed any crimes he was part of the cover up that assisted some of the guilty to escape.

According to Wikipedia, Gregg was an unusual-looking figure in Canadian politics who adopted a unique style including gold earrings, bright red shoes, long hair, and a great deal of leather clothing.
In the period from approximately 1988 to 1991, Alan Gregg was a director of W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. when that company was receiving illegal preferential benefits from the Government of British Columbia in violation of both Canadian and American laws. As a director, Gregg is presumed at law to be part of the directing mind of the company which has placed him in a very difficult position even if he is innocent of any personal wrong doing .
When the Water War Crimes achieved national notoriety in Canada, observers noted a distinct change in Mr. Gregg`s demeanor on Canada`s national news network where he was a frequent speaker on political matters. Mr. Gregg`s hair started to turn grey and fall out at a rapid rate. He appeared more weary. The bags under his eyes and lines in his face became more pronounced and he projected the image of a man under great stress. The body language was consistent with guilt.
Because Gregg was not a party to the Federal Court lawsuit he is presumed not to have played a role in the legal strategy that led to the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson.
The Editors believe that if Gregg was not part of the murderous cabal then he must use his influence and position to expose the murders that have taken place so that the murderers can be brought to justice.
By taking right action, Gregg has the unique opportunity to restore any karmic imbalance he may have acquired by past errors and we encourage him to do this.
