We Warned Her She Might Die and Now She is Dead. Was She Murdered?
Judge Carole Layden-Stevenson (the happy face shown in photo above on left) dropped dead, suddenly, from unexplained causes, in Ottawa, on June 27, 2012.
The Grim Reaper (shown in centre photo) came for her just as we predicted and she is death number 32 in the Graveyard of the Guilty and she is also the 12th judge to die shortly after her bias in favour of criminal insiders with the governments of Canada and British Columbia became a matter of an internal investigation in Ottawa.
Did she deserve to die? Possibly. In the Editors opinion, she made a Court Order that violated her Oath to administer justice impartially. Instead, she favoured her political insiders who had committed crimes and denied access to justice for Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs. Society is better served now that she is no longer sitting on the bench handing out judgements that go against established law and protect criminals.
However, there is good reason to believe she was murdered.

Who Murdered Judge Layden Stevenson?
Three of the prime suspects in the "murder" - if it is a murder - of Justice Layden Stevensen are Allan Lutfy, the former Chief of Justice of the Federal Court, Roger Lafreniere, a prothonotary of the Federal Court who works in Vancover, and Joanne Gauthier, a former justice of the Federal Court now with the Federal Court of Appeal.
Of course, the Editors don't know if Judge Layden Stevenson was murdered and the media reports of her death did not mention what killed her which suggests the police are keeping the cause of death secret because the cause of death is something that would be known to the murderer and his or her accomplices.
There is no doubt that Judge Layden Stevenson was a target.
In our opinion, Chief Justice Lutfy, his clerk Roger Lafreniere and Justice Joanne Gauthier had all been party to an illegal conspiracy to obstruct the course of justice in the lawsuit filed by Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs in Federal Court Action T-95-08 .
Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs had appealed the decision of the Federal Court and the conspiracy of Lutfy, Gauthier and Lafreniere was about to be undone in the Federal Court of Appeal so it was arranged that Justice Carolyn Layden- Stevenson would be assigned to the appeal because she could be relied upon to do what was necessary to block Mr. Carten and Ms Gibbs from moving their appeal case forward which is exactly what Judge Layden-Stevenson did on Febraury 8, 2011, when she delivered a judgement that was clearly intended to prevent Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs from having their appeal heard in Canada's Federal Court of Appeal.
After she made her decision that protected the insiders, Judge Layden-Stevenson went from being an asset to a liability. Due to her position, she could blow the whistle on the dirty insiders in Canada who asked her to protect them through her judgment and now she is dead and, well, .... dead judges don't talk, ... do they?

Three Other Suspects
Pierre Blais (shown on the left) is the Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Appeal. He was given his job in September 2009, by Prime Minister Stephen Harper with the approval of Justice Minister Rob Nicholson shown on the right). Blais, a former Conservative cabinet minister was appointed to the Federal Court by Prime Minister Jean Chretien, a Liberal, (shown in the centre), in June 1998.
It is reasonable to assume Pierre Blais selected Justice Carolyn Laden Stevenson to preside on the appeal brought by Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs because she had loyalties to both Prime Minister Jean Chretien, who appointed her to the Federal Court in 2002, and to Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, who appointed her to the Federal Court of Appeal in December, 2008, and it is reasonable to assume that Justice Layden Stevenson was asked to make an unfair ruling agasint Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs because that is exactly what she did.
If Justice Layden Stevneson's unexplained sudden death was a murder then Chief Justice Pierre Blais is a prime suspect.
After she carried out her corrupt legal decision in February of 2011, Justice Layden Stevenson was no longer an asset of the Government insiders. Instead, she was a liability. She had been asked to break the law to protect a few people, she did what she was asked to do and, now, she could put those people in jail for a long, long, time if she ever let the truth out.
So, these are the facts, and the question that arises is, whether or not Justice Layden Stevensen was murdered in order to silence her?
We had also identified former Prime Minister Jean Chretien and present Justice Minister Rob Nicholson as susptect in a possible murder. Both Chretien and Nicholson had links to Pierre Blais and Carolyn Layden Stevenson because both judges had benefitted from political appointments made in their favour by Chretien and Nicholson (Harper). So, both judges were indebted to Chretien and Nicholson (Harper) and it would have been an easy thing for for them or their agents to approach both Blais and Stevenson to for a return for past favours by asking Chief Justice Blais to appoint Layen-Stevenson to the case and then by asking Layden Stevenson to render her unfair and arguably perverse verdict.

At the Federal Court of Appeal the ``at risk`` judges include Judges Nadon, Sharlow and Dawson who on October 19, 2011, affirmed the decision of Justice Layden Stevenson and slammed shut the doors of the Federal Court of Appeal to Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs who, following the laws of Canada, had asked the judges of the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal to give them a fair hearing but, instead those politically appointed judges favoured the politicians and governments that gave them their positions and paid their salaries and refused to allow Mr. Carten or Ms. Gibbs to present their case and, when they appealed to the appeal court, they refused to hear the appeal.

How the Supreme Court of Canada Contributed to the Death of Justice Layden Stevenson.
The Supreme Court of Canada proved no better.
Chief Justice McLachlin (shown in photo on left) was a party to the litigation because in her role as Chairman of the Canadian Judicial Council, she had permitted that Council to engage in fraud in Febraury 2000 immediately after she was appointed to her job by Prime Minister Jean Chretien.
Mr. Carten and Ms. Gibbs brought two applications for leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.

Both applications were rejected, without any reasons being given, and the doors to justice, in Canada, were again slammed shut by government appointed judges protecting the Governments that gave them their jobs instead of administering justice impartially as they are supposed to do.
On October 13, 2011, Judges Lebel, Fish and Cromwell, rejected the first application for leave to appeal and on April 5, 2012, Judges Cromwell, Lebel and Abella rejected the second application for leave to appeal.
Instead of doing their jobs, honestly and in accordance with their Judicial Oaths, these judges decided to protect criminals in Government and, in our opinion, they set the stage for the murder of Justice Layden Stevenson (shown in photo on right) because had they done their jobs properly the whole case would have seen the light of day, the criminals who had compromised Judge Layden Stevenson would have been exposed that there would have been no motive to murder her.
In conclusion, with a few remarkable exceptions, the Canadian court system is rotten, from the bottom to the top, and, from the top to the bottom.
In our opinion, the judges who are keeping their silence are incredibly stupid because they don't realize that, sooner or later, they will be eliminated by the same insiders that murdered Justice Layden Stevenson and murdered one or more of the 11 other judges linked to the Water War Crimes who died in suddeen and mysterious circumstances.
