Murdered Judges and the Death of Alberta Premier, Peter Lougheed
In the battle between clean water energy and dirty oil energy, Peter Lougheed was clearly on the side of dirty oil. He died on Setpember 13, 2012, and his death was not unexpected.
Peter Lougheed, Dirty Oil vs. Clean Water and the Water War Crimes
1. Peter Lougheed and Bennett Jones
Peter Lougheed was a long time partner in the giant Alberta law frim of Bennett Jones and there are many linkages of partners at Bennett Jones to the Water War Crimes that raise a strong inference that Peter Lougheed was a secret player in the Water War Crimes.

2. Peter Lougheed and the Trilateral Commission
A key issue facing North America for several decades has been the great abundance of water resources in Canada, the relative lack of water resources in the American southwest and Mexico and the development of policies that would result in the equitable sharing of those resouces for the benefit of all three countries. The Trilateral Commission have been active in the promotion of water exports from Canada to the U.S.A. and Mexico.
However, Mr. Rockerfeller's wealth derives from his interests in the oil industry so we can fairly deduce that there has existed an inherent conflict of interest within the Trilateral Commission itself from the days of its inception with the Rockerfeller interests being opposaed to the development of clean energy from water power as it flowed downhill into the USA from the mountains of Canada. It is also apparent that Peter Lougheed would prove to be an ally of the Rockerfellers in that debate.
3. Peter Lougheed's Opposition to Water Exports
Peter Lougheed was a politician from a Canadian province, Alberta, that extracts and exports non-renewable natural resources, namely oil and natural gas, in huge quantities to the United States. The extraction of these resources has caused and continues to cause huge environmental damage to Alberta, health damage to its population and contributes massively to global air pollution.
Peter Lougheed caused much mischief in Canada by opposing the development of an environmentally benign bulk water export business that would develop huge quantities of clean pollution free energy from a completely renewable natural resource - water.
So, while Alberta and its population got wealthy exporting non-renewable resources and polluting the planet, British Columbia and its population grew poorer because it was blocked from developing its massive water resources because of the dishonest political rhetoric spewing from the mouth of Canadian politicians, like Peter Lougheed, who work the interests of "dirty oil".
4. Peter Lougheed & the Privy Council of Canada

In 1982, while still a Premier of Alberta, Peter Lougheed, was appointed a member of the secret Privy Council of Canada whose members have played a significant role in the Water War Crimes. The present senior bureaucrat at the Privy Council is Wayne Wouters (shown in photo on right) who refuses to deny or confirm whether or not the Privy Council ordered the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson.
Interestingly, several of the other key suspects in the murder of Madam Justice Layden-Stevenson are also members of Canada's Privy Council.
5. Peter Lougheed and Donald MacDonald
In those days, Peter Lougheed told Canadians that Trudeau, MacDonald and their colleagues were attempting to loot Alberta's oil and natural gas wealth, yet, in 1987, Peter Lougheed jumped into bed with Donald MacDonald to promote Free Trade between Canada and the United States.
The story of Donald MacDonald and the Water War Crimes is explained on the page dedicated to the duplicity of Ottawa law firm of Lang Michener and the page dedicated to Pierre Trudeau and the murder of his son, Michel Trudeau. Donald MacDonald is also a member of Canada's Privy Council

6. Peter Lougheed and the Murder of A Judge
Alternatively, there is the real possibility that Peter Lougheed was murdered by the deliberate infliction of the disease alleged to have killed him. At this time, there is not a lot of evidence that Peter Lougheed was murdered except that her knew a lot, he had deep connections to the Water War Crimes and other insiders had motive to murder him.
7. Peter Lougheed, Vic Toews and Freemasonry
As such, he took a sworn oath, on pain of death, not to divulge the secrets of his brothers. The taking of this kind of Oath creates a real problem for an honest man, a man of conscience, like Peter Lougheed is reputed to have been, because when such a man suddenly learns that one or more of his Freemason brothers has been involved in a murder, such as the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson, he finds himself on the horns of a dilemma. What is he to do? He knows that he has an obligation under moral and civil law to assist the civil authorties bring the murderer to justice but he is also bound by his Oath to preserve and protect his brother Freemasons. It is the kind of internal conflict that often results in a spiritual and physical collapse - especially for a man of strong moral principles.
We caution the reader that, at this time, we do not have any direct evidence that a Freemason was involved in the murder of Justice Layden-Stevenson but, the refusal of Public Safety Minister Vic Toews, another Freemason, to order the R.C.M.P. to carry
out an investigation of her death and suspected murder does raise legitimate questions about Toews "good faith" as a public Minister and, by inference, the fraternal affiliations of the murderer.
We also caution the reader, including Freemason readers, that these observations about Freemasonry should not be taken as a general attack on Freemasonry which is an organization founded in the 17th century that is devoted to the laudable social purpose of 'making good men better" through a "system of morality taught by symbol and allegory". Nonetheless, the historic system of blood oaths that, at oine time, were necessary and useful creates spiritual and pyschological problems for Freemasons in today's "civil society" where the Crown and the Church, the historic enemies of Freemasonry, "are not the menace they used to be" and so-called good citizens, like Peter Lougheed, are often trappped in a moral and ethical dilemma of competing loyalties.
In a curious co-incidence of history, Mr. Wayne Wouters, the Clerk of the Privy Council and Canadian Justice Minister Rob Nicholson, a colleague of Vic Toews, have been refusing to disclose whether or not several Canadian judges accused of case rigging in an unrelated law case were members of Freemasonry where Freeemasons are alleged to have fixed trial and put an innocent woman in jail in order to benefit one of their brothers.
