President Trump Approves Section 232 Tariff ModificationsEconomy & Jobs
Issued on: March 22, 2018

All News WASHINGTON – Today, based on ongoing dialogues, President Donald J. Trump authorized the modification of the Section 232 tariffs on steel and aluminum imports to suspend the tariffs for certain countries before they take effect. These suspensions are based on factors including ongoing discussions regarding measures to reduce global excess capacity in steel and aluminum production by addressing its root causes.
The tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from the following countries are suspended until May 1, 2018, pending discussions of satisfactory long-term alternative means to address the threatened impairment to U.S. national security:

Argentina;
Australia;
Brazil;
Canada;
Mexico;
the member countries of the European Union; and
South Korea.

By May 1, 2018, the President will decide whether to continue to exempt these countries from the tariffs, based on the status of the discussions. The European Union will negotiate on behalf of its member countries.
The President retains broad authority to further modify the tariffs, including by removing the suspensions or suspending additional countries. Any country not currently suspended remains welcome to discuss a possible suspension with the United States based on a shared commitment to addressing global excess steel and aluminum capacity and production.

A recently released document proves that the British Columbia Government Sheriff's Service was defaming Mr. Carten way back in 2008 when convict Premier Gordon Campbell and AG Wally Oppal (both Freemasons) were in charge.

This recently released document proves the deep state corruption in the BC Attorney General's office which runs the BC Sherriff's Service.

Mr. Carten has absolutely no history of violence. He has never been arrested or charged with any crime except the alleged non-crime of asking a BC government worker, former Assistant Deputy Premier to Premier Glen Clark and then Assistant to pedofile Provincial Court Chief Justice Hugh Stansfield to go to the police and co-operate with an ongoing investigation.

Chief Judge Stansfield, also a member of the Vancouver Freemason Crime Club, was in deep trouble because Carten was working with undercover investigator Rob Nicholson and they were both preparing to make Stansfield's pedofile and possibly murderous activities a public issue. So, Stansfield reached out for help, the Sheriff's Service was used to try to set up Carten, and, when acquitted by an honest (Freemason) judge, Carten and Nicholson retaliated and Stansfield was dead within 2 weeks.

The wages of sin and crime had caught the criminal judge appointed to his position by Campbell and Oppal.

Over the past several weeks there has been more movement among the Canadian elites involved in the Water War Crimes.

David Emerson (shown in photo on left) who had been appointed the British Columbia envoy to the United States on trade issues was quietly removed from his position by new BC Premier John Horgan.

David Emerson had been the secretary to the cabinet of British Columbia when that cabinet broke the Canada US Free Trade Agreement and, as such, he was a key witness in the NAFTA Chapter 11 dispute between Sun Belt Water Inc and the Government of Canada. (Editor's Note: To be fair to Mr. Emerson, as secretary to cabinet Mr. Emerson is sworn to secrecy so he is prohibited from explaining to the public what the BC cabinet did or did not do or he goes to jail for 25 years. This was explained to Mr. Colin Beach and Mr. Carten by former Mulroney cabinet member Heward Graffety who called Mulroney a crook in conversation and when challenged to do his duty and go public he declared "I can't or I'll go to jail".

Interestingly, David Emerson appears to contiue to be representative of the Chinese Communist Government operating in Canada through its front agency known as the China Investment Corporation. Emerson quit his active role in Canadian politics in September 2008 after US Senators Graham Linsdey and John McCain paid a surprise visit to Canada in June 2008 which appeared to prompt Emerson to visit China in August 2008 - possibly for instructions from his long term or present bosses.

Tofino resident Jack English claims that David Emerson played a key role in the hostile takeover of his multi million dollar resort property for pennies on the dollar while David worked at Vancouver law firm of Farris Vaughn and Willis (highly connected to Canada's Federal Department of Justice) and CAI Investments Ltd.

The words of President US President Trump's December 21 2017 Executive Order on Law and Justice are unambiguous hand directly target those involved in the Water War Crimes .

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

I hereby determine and order:
Section 1. (a) All property and interests in property that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of any United States person of the following persons are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in:

ii) any foreign person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(B) to be a current or former government official, or a person acting for or on behalf of such an official, who is responsible for or complicit in, or has directly or indirectly engaged in:

(1) corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal gain, corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources, or bribery; or

(2) the transfer or the facilitation of the transfer of the proceeds of corruption;

(C) to be or have been a leader or official of:

(1) an entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section relating to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

(2) an entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order as a result of activities related to the leader’s or official’s tenure; or

(iii) any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Attorney General:

(A) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, or technological support for, or goods or services to or in support of:

(1) any activity described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section that is conducted by a foreign person;
(2) any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or
(3) any entity, including any government entity, that has engaged in, or whose members have engaged in, any of the activities described in subsections (ii)(A), (ii)(B)(1), or (ii)(B)(2) of this section, where the activity is conducted by a foreign person;

(B) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(C) to have attempted to engage in any of the activities described in subsections (iii)(A) or (B) of this section.

(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section apply except to the extent provided by statutes, or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted before the effective date of this order.

In an astonishing co-incidence , Stanley Hartt, Chief of Staff to former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney from 1989 to 1990 has suddenly died. Mr. Hartt is shown to the right of Mr. Mulroney in photo on left.

1989 to 1990 was the key period when Canada, contrary to the Canada US Free Trade Agreement ratified in 1989, conferred secret water export rights on W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. that was a competitor to the American company Sun Belt Water Inc.

It was dirty politics carried out against an American investor immediately after Canada had ratified the Canada US Free Trade Agreement the precursor to the NAFTA and in the Editor's opinion was tantamount to an act of war due to the severe drought conditions in California at the time.

Prior to joining Mulroney's office, Hartt served as deputy finance minister under former finance minister Michael Wilson and was a key figure in the negotiations that led to the Canada-U.S. Free Trade Agreement.

Hartt was also a key part of Canada's implementation of the notorious GST which is a hidden subsidy to Canadian exporters.

Mr. Hart's sudden death comes at the time when Canadian elites are in a state of panic as a result of the execution style murder of billionaire Barry Sherman and sudden death Canadian billionaire Jim Shaw and in the Editor's opinion is not a mere co-incidence.

It is the editor's opinion that Brian Mulroney was selected as the patsy. Mulroney was also deeply connected to Paul Demarais, he was not a communist and he is alleged to have been into child paedophilia which, if true, put him completely under the control of the international globalists.   With his well known Irish charm and tendency to blarney, Mulroney quickly endeared himself to US President Ronald Regan - a Californian who was deeply concerned about the lack of water resources in his home state.

In their book, The Trance Formation of America, American writers Cathy O'Brien and Mark Phillips include Mr. Mulroney as one of several political leaders who had engaged in sex with children thereby making them vulnerable to blackmail and extortion. Mr. Mulroney did not challenge their allegations by legal action although he was quick to initiate a lawsuit when former Canadian Justice Minister Alan Rock suggested he, Mulroney, took payoffs via a Swiss bank. This is probably because the case over the Allan Rock allegation was in a Canadian court while any case against Phillips and O'Brien would have to proceed in the USA.

To be fair, Mulroney had a drinking habit and its a well known practice of the blackmailers to lure drinking men into compromising situations where their indiscretions are filmed and used to blackmail them at a later date.  The Editors have no information that Mulroney engaged in any of the more sordid Satanic practices of "child sacrifice" and  "spirit cooking".

When his lust became known. A Chief Judge is an extremely useful asset is your goal is the subversion of a country. So, it was decided that Ms. McLachlin should retire as year early and someone, like Richard Wagner, should assume the position of Chief Justice of Canada.

Wagner comes to the position as a relative outsider because he had been a member of the Quebec legal and judicial community which is relatively unconnected to the legal - judicial mob in English speaking Canada that controlled former Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin and that had sabotaged the claim of Sun Belt Water Inc by carrying out the various crimes referred to on this site that include, murder, fraud, perjury and obstruction of justice.

The Governments involved all refused any relief in a clear and undisguised attempt by those Governments to kill a critic.

This is the new Canadian reality and happens with increasing frequency across Canada.

It is a bad situation when the Crime Minister is missing in action.

The murder / sudden death of so many judges and lawyers and other key witnesses is serious evidence of one or more criminal organizations operating inside the state.

The recent release of the Paradise Papers has proved, once again, that the corruption in Canada is deeply entrenched and involves some of the most prominent actors in the Canadian State, several of whom were directly involved in the Water War Crimes as early as 1989 when Canada first embarked on its path of cheating American investors under the CUSFTA and the NAFTA.

The offshore players are alleged to include former Canadian Prime Ministers Mulroney, Chretien and Martin along with Royal family members Queen Liz and Prince Charles all of whom figure prominently in the Water War Crimes.

The Trudeau family trust is also implicated. Former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau masterminded the use of government power to take over private business interests with payoffs to cabinet ministers offshore accounts and current Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has inherited some of that bad karma .

American NAFTA Demands

The United States Government had responded to deep state offshore corruption by Canada by demanding changes to the dispute settlement mechanisms of the NAFTA which the Canadian political class strongly oppose because their racket off offshore payoffs will be exposed for all to see and they may soon become personal targets of Canadians angry at the tax burden of supporting these cheating politicians, senior civil servants and thei9r privileged elite families who benefit from the criminality.

Former RCMP Officer Testifies Against Criminal Networks of Judges, Lawyers and Court Operating Throughout Canada

Former RCMP Inspector Admits RCMP and Department of Justice Know of Payoffs, Bribery and Case Fixing by Criminal Judges, Lawyers and Court Registry Officers Operating In Canada's Courts

In a sworn affidavit that is will soon rock Canada's political and legal system, former highly decorated and highly respected RCMP Inspector William Majcher provided sworn evidence in the Supreme Court of Canada that there exist criminal networks of judges lawyers and court officials throughout Canada who accept "bribes and payoffs" in exchange for fixing the outcome of law cases. (See paragraph 4)

Inspector Majcher also testifies, under oath, that the senior RCMP and Department of Justice officials "refused to investigate or prosecute the judges lawyers and court registry officials involved in the corruption" See paragraph 5.

SUPREME COURT OF CANADA IMPLICATED IN COVER UP

Inspector Majcher's affidavit was filed in the Supreme Court of Canada to assist the English family persuade that Court to grant leave to the English family so they could appeal the outcome of a case that they claim was fixed by crooked lawyers, judges and court registry staff operating in the British Columbia courts.

On July 22 2017 the Supreme Court of Canada, in case number 32379 refused to allow the appeal thereby deciding to protect the obviously crooked judges in British Columbia and assist a crooked lawyer escape going to jail.

Another Dirty Judge on the Run

Canada's Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin began her career as a judge in Canada in 1980 and she has been a major player in case after case of judicial corruption as one of the first woman judges in Canada, Bev proved that women are equally as capable as men when it comes to corruption.

On June 13, 2017 Beverley McLachlin suddenly announced she was retiring - but not for six months - December 2017 - so she can continue to receive a salary of $370,000 while she continues to cover up crimes carried out by other judges on the bench in Canada.

Bev McLachlin was made Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 1988 by Brian Mulroney and was appointed to the Supreme Court of Canada in 1989 by Brian Mulroney the same year that Brian Mulroney made Brian Smith ( shown in photo in left with Bev) the Chairman of Canadian National Railways.

Smith had no railway experience but he did have good credentials in the corrupt administration of public assets, and his directorship was believed to be a reward for services rendered when he was Attorney General of British Columbia where he was responsible for the conduct of the dirty lawyers at the BC Ministry of the Attorney General who were secretly and illegally giving a water export monopoly to W.C.W. Western Canada Water Enterprises Ltd. The key lawyers were Robert Edwards and Jack Ebbels and they both died by sudden heart attacks......in 2007 and 2010 in what looked like deliberate murders.... to cover up crimes .....
